Magnificent 4 bedroom villa with a private pool, ideally located on Marbella's prestigious 'Golden Mile' in an upmarket urbanization, enjoying both views of La Concha mountain and the spectacular Mediterranean sea. Situated just above the Puente Romano Hotel and Marbella Club Hotel in-between Puerto Banus and Marbella with their abundance of shops, restaurants, quaint cafes and just over 1KM to the beautiful sandy beaches and it is a 10 minute walk to the nearest coffee shop, restaurant and bar.



Super Fast Wi Fi all over property! 

Well equipped with 4 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, high spec newly fitted gourmet kitchen, 75" flat screen TV, outdoor kitchen with BBQ, pizza oven and hob along with 8 seat covered dining table. This villa is very peaceful and secure. Large open plan living and fabulous kitchen dining area with covered terrace overlooking the salt water pool and beautiful lush sub tropical gardens.

4 bedrooms are en suite and have their own outdoor private terrace areas. Very peaceful and private setting yet only 15 minutes walk from the beach, bars, restaurants and shops etc and about 4 minutes by car. Entire home, gardens and pool to enjoy (excluding locked basement). I will be near by during your stay so I can be contacted at any time. A Cleaner arrives every Monday, Wednesday and Friday for up to 3 hours each time to carry out pre allocated routine cleaning maintenance.

The gardeners have access twice weekly, usually for around 3 hours each visit to keep the gardens in good condition for your enjoyment, this is a very necessary job which has to be done year round.

Although well located for local amenities a car would be advisable. Taxis are easily available and there is a bus stop at the bottom of the hill just outside Puente Romano Hotel.

PLEASE NOTE late check out after 11am is not available, we recommend that if you have a late flight that you book an extra day as due to villa preparation time we can not offer a late check out, also check-in is AFTER 4pm on day of arrival.

CONDITIONS

Only suitable for families and people over 35 years.

 Absolutely no parties or gatherings at any time, the property is for up to  8 people only  as it is in a quiet private exclusive residential area and must also be quiet between 23.00 hours and 08.00 hours to comply with our community regulations.

Wow - Fantastic villa, fantastic stay, fantastic hosts

My family and I had an amazing two week stay at this beautiful property. The house itself is stunning, the pictures are reflective and if anything the house is even better in real life. The hosts David and Michelle couldn't have been more helpful and responsive, from recommendations for restaurants and general help, as well as getting some extra things we asked about to facilitate our stay (gym equipment, baby items etc), they were more than hospitable. Additionally when we arrived they had gone out of the way to make sure we had all the food/drink necessities, even getting items for our children as they knew we were coming with a toddler and baby! One thing we particularly liked is the various eating/sitting areas in the property so you have lots of different options for breakfast/lunch/dinner. There was a daily cleaner so the property stayed spotless, the pool was fantastic and salt water so no stinging eyes for the children and the property was in a fantastic location. I can't say enough good things...we will be back in the future!

My family and I spend most of our time in Marbella due to its wonderful year round climate, healthy Mediterranean lifestyle, quality shops and safe environment for all the family. We have been holidaying here for many years and a few years ago bought ourselves an apartment to enjoy and a couple of years ago a villa too. Marbella is now definitely where our home is and is a dream come true and we would love for other people and families to enjoy it the way we do.

Why they chose this property

We bought this particular property for many reasons, firstly we wanted to have more space and our own private pool and beautiful sub tropical gardens and we absolutely love the location. We are situated in a quiet, peaceful, private and safe area above the Puente Romano Hotel and the Mosque counting the Saudi Royals as neighbours and have the most wonderful views of both La Concha mounatin and the blue Mediterranean sea below! Yet, we are so close to all local amenities which include the beach, supermarkets, restaurants, bars shops, Puerto Banus and Marbella.

What makes this property unique

The perfect holiday destination that it has it all. The secure gated Villa sits in the most beautiful gardens with its own large private pool with covered and open terraces to be enjoyed during the long, hot summer days with all day sunshine and plenty of shade when needed. Within almost a stones throw everything it is so close and literally only a couple of minutes away by car to the beach, promenade, cafes, bars, restaurants and shops.
Please note that this property has the latest technology enabling the temperature to be set individually in every room.
