We had a wonderful time in Florence and walked everywhere. The rooms were clean and the living and dining space adequate for six adults. We had requests and Emma was quick to reply. Air conditioning was great as it was very hot in the afternoon. The location was fabulous!

Our host was proactive when the AC in our original apartment I rented failed, they immediately reached out and transferred us to a new location before we arrived. The location was perfect!! Walking distance to EVERYTHING! Highly recommend

The location was amazing, check-in was smooth, we utilized the washing machine and dryer(not often found for vacationers), and the seating in the living area was perfect for our family of 5. The comfort of this accommodation was the best we had after traveling to Italy and then Switzerland for 3 weeks.

We were traveling as a family of five and the accommodations were great. Very clean, plenty of space for all of us. The location was great, easy walk to the city center. Emma was very responsive for both the check in and check out process. The kitchen had everything you need and it was nice to have both a washer and dryer. There is a market very close by if you need to pick up a few items. This was a great find and I would definitely stay there again.

Overall the property was nice and very central to the main attractions. Only real complaint is that the air conditioning was not powerful enough to cool the air. Sleep was uncomfortable due to the heat.

Wonderful apartment in the heart of Florence. Tons of restaurants and shops nearby. And the Bargello Museum was right around the corner. We had six adults in the apartment and had plenty of room. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

We had an amazing stay! The location…perfect. The accommodations…expansive. The check in/out process with Yoshie…a delight! My friends and I spent 3 nights here during our trek across Italy and this did not disappoint! Comfortable beds, spacious room, washer/dryer, and a central location. Very well kept and great communication with owners!

It looks exactly as the pictures show. It was very comfortable-furniture and beds. Washer and dryer were challenging but there is a laundromat very close. Communication was excellent as were check in and out process. We would definitely stay here again should we come back to Firenze!

The apartment was great! All our communications with the host went smoothly. The location was fantastic - a short walking distance from most of the sites and many restaurants. We would be happy to rent this apartment again!

This is a very clean apartment in the heart of Florence. Communication with the owner was very good. Our complaint was the very active Irish bar across the street. It closes at 2am. The first night we had about 50 people partying outside our window until 7am. The remaining nights it seemed to clear out by 2am. The owner was very apologetic and stated this does not happen often. We closed the outside shutters after the first night and kept an inside fan on. This took care of most of the noise outside. The other issue was no extra supplies such as toilet paper and garbage bags. There are 3 bathrooms. Each had a roll in them, at different stages. We had to go and buy toilet paper next day. There are some small waste bins that they asked that we empty and take to garbage down the street. We were ok with that but expected extra bags to be supplied. For the price we paid, we had an expectation for some basic supplies. All other places we stayed in Italy supplied this in abundance.

Thank you for your review Gerard. Again, so sorry about the noise at night, we can't do much about it unfortunately, other than having put the best windows we could and providing earplugs for the two bedrooms involved. I apologize for the lack of trash bags as well, there should have been more than one and I will take care of this oversight. About the toilet paper however, I would like to point out that this is not a hotel, but an apartment. I genuinely think that for 4 nights, there was enough. A spare one for each bathroom is normally provided for stays from 5 nights up. Hope to have clarified and thank you again

The apartment was in a great location and allowed us to walk anywhere we needed to go in Florence. It was great to have the 3 bedrooms and 3 king sized beds (which were extremely comfortable!) so we could each have our own space even in the city. And it was convenient to have the laundry, well-appointed kitchen, and elevator. There are plenty of restaurants and shops on the street. We stored our luggage at Stow Your Bags on Via dell'Anguillara which was safe and the most convenient option I could find until we could check in at 4pm. We would highly recommend this as a great place to stay in Florence! A great property in an amazing city!

Good location and size of place was good. One bedroom was not a suite, bathroom separate. The only issue was the noise every night from the bar across the street late at night. The front bedrooms are impacted by the noise.
