We have stayed at this property several times during the Annapolis Sailboat Show and it is a great home - plenty of space, well equipped, clean and also off-street parking, which is wonderful!

We stayed for several days to celebrate our son’s wedding at the William Paca House. The house was a perfect location and was so accommodating for our needs. Fantastic location and historical house. My wife and I enjoyed our stay here and hope to be back soon. Yvonne was extremely responsive and very pleasant host. A wonderful stay near USNA

This location was perfect for us. We took our son to USNA, along with family, and this house was very convenient to the yard and downtown Annapolis. House was very well stocked and the beds were cozy. It was very easy to communicate with the host who went above and beyond and helped us secure lawn chairs for a picnic. Highly recommend and will stay here again.

We are a family of five that live nearby in Pasadena, MD. All three of our daughters will be in college or post-graduate school over the next few years. We have two dogs and love boating and hanging out in downtown Annapolis.

Why they chose this property

We couldn't pass up buying this house in Historic Annapolis because it was my husband's grandmother's home and he has fond memories from many years ago in this house. We love it and we're sure you will too! It's in a fantastic location within an easy stroll of the Naval Academy, City Dock, and numerous bars, restaurants, and shops. It even has two private off-street parking places!
