This house is truly incredible. There is so much room within the house for people to hang out, whether they want to be alone or in a group. The rooms were all very spacious and the kitchen is incredible. You can’t beat the location with the ability to walk to so many restaurants and cute stores. The owner is extremely responsive and kind. The only note I’ll leave that I wish I would have known before renting was that the floors are very squeaky!! By no means do I mean that in a negative way, as these floors are original to the home and absolutely beautiful, but having a young child there made moving around the bedroom difficult once they were asleep! I highly recommend this property and would absolutely stay again.
The history of this beautiful home is deeply intertwined with USNA which was very interesting for our family. The home itself is beautiful and well equipped with great bedding and towels, coffee, tons of drinkware....really everything we needed for a long weekend. Although we visited at a chilly time of year, the upstairs deck looks lovely! If you are looking to be close to DTA and USNA and enjoy a great night sleep in wonderful sheets, book this house!
We had a great long weekend stay for our annual cousins weekend! Property was exactly as shown & even more impressive in person. We had everything we needed, walked to most destinations & enjoyed the history all around us.
Wonderful property in a great old Annapolis setting
The property is perfectly situated in old Annapolis for easy access to everything -- restaurants, cafes, waterfront, USNA and shops. The property owner (manager) is responsive and wonderfully helpful too. Thank you.
This was an incredible property in the perfect location for enjoying all downtown annapolis has to offer with incredible views of the us naval academy. We stayed fir my sons wedding at the usna chapel and reception in the paca gardens next door. We couldnt have been happier. Highly recommend.
Really nice older house in the perfect location for USNA and downtown.

Outstanding property! Amazing location!
Our family had an incredible 3 night experience as we dropped our son off for USNA I-Day. Amazing location next to the Naval Academy and walking distance to downtown
We recently stayed at this lovely home and it was right behind Paca Gardens where our daughter got married. The house was so conveniently located and had two parking spaces. It made it much easier to enjoy the weekend events having a home like this to stay in. The host also left flowers for the bride which was so thoughtful.
We were in town for the Herndon Climb. Our Mid is Class of ‘27. We truly enjoyed our stay. We could not ask for a better location. Plenty of room for everyone. We’ll be back!
We stayed the weekend for my daughter's wedding at the Paca House. This home was minutes from both the Paca House and downtown restaurants and bars. The home was spacious and well decorated with all of the needed amenities. I wish we could have used the 2nd floor deck more but unfortunately it was a rainy weekend. We would definitely stay here again.

Amazing Property!
We enjoyed a fantastic weekend in this fabulous home! The location was spectacular and the home was so charming and perfect! The hosts were very accommodating and friendly. I would absolutely recommend this home to anyone!
We spent an awesome 3 days in this lovely home so rich in local history. The home was complete with every amenity needed. And the location was just perfect to walk in town or to the academy. It made our 40th USNA reunion weekend so special.
The house was absolutely perfect to meet up with friends from the east coast. Walking distance to everything you could ask, and the home was clean and prepped perfectly for us. Will be back!
Love this home and the location. It is my first choice every time.

We are a family of five that live nearby in Pasadena, MD. All three of our daughters will be in college or post-graduate school over the next few years. We have two dogs and love boating and hanging out in downtown Annapolis.
Why they chose this property
We couldn't pass up buying this house in Historic Annapolis because it was my husband's grandmother's home and he has fond memories from many years ago in this house. We love it and we're sure you will too! It's in a fantastic location within an easy stroll of the Naval Academy, City Dock, and numerous bars, restaurants, and shops. It even has two private off-street parking places!
What makes this property unique
Location, location, location!!! Two private off-street parking places. Second story deck with gorgeous views of the Naval Academy Chapel. Beautifully renovated kitchen and master bathroom.
