Beautiful Waterfront Townhome In Historic Annapolis

This beautiful waterfront townhome with three bedrooms 3 1/2 baths, recently renovated and beautifully decorated. 5-minute walk to downtown, restaurants, shopping, bakery, and the Naval Academy.
Stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, hardwood and marble flooring, gas grill on the patio. Sheets, blankets, body wash, spices/condiments are all supplied as well as two off-street parking spaces.
Pool open from Memorial Day to Labor Day.
Booked for 2025 Commissioning Week.

Our stay in Annapolis was wonderful and the unit we rented was more than we expected. Being on the water and having the beautiful water views was special too. We were in a great location allowing us to walk to the center of the town as well as many restaurants and activities. I'd definitely rent this waterfront townhome again and I highly recommend it!

Lovely waterfront home

We made this our home base while attending a family reunion locally. Easy to walk everywhere we needed to go. Beautiful view of the harbor out main rooms and MBR. Everything we needed for our stay was in the home, all in great condition. Will return whenever the opportunity arises!

Our first trip to Annapolis was a rousing success. Our VRBO in Eastport was the perfect location from which to explore the downtown area. We were able to walk to dinner both evenings and since the Annapolis 10 mile race was being run while we were there, we were able to walk to Main street and watch the runners as they came through. Great location and accomodations.

This home was better than advertised. The host was very responsive and friendly. The house was clean, charming and decorated beautifully with whimsical art work and touches. Great kitchen, beautiful view, lovely garden and even dog friendly. Close to shopping and restaurants. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again.

Excellent communication with host. Easy checkin. Views of water and dock/ boats was lovely and the reason we rented, in addition to walking proximity to USNA. Just for information, host(s) keep personal effects on site in clothes/ bureaus specifically marked. Would reserve again.

Very nice and classic location. Close to ( walking distance) Everything we needed. Rehearsal dinner was at Black Wall Hitch on the rooftop deck. Very memorable. Easy walking to all of our guests with VRBO rentals in Eastport. Will come back again.

Great Location and View

Pleasantly surprised to find a third bedroom on the ground floor...it was convenient for one couple not to have to climb the stairs. We Ubered everywhere and only had to wait a minute or two for one to show up. You can walk out on the piers and enjoy the boats tied up in front of the unit.

Short Walk To DTA with Beautiful View

We were in town to visit with our mid for the Herndon Climb. This property was convenient to everything with a great view of the water. The hosts checked on us before arrival and then again after check-in to make sure we had everything we needed. Property was clean, beautifully decorated, and furnished and well stocked. There were plenty of seating areas for visiting with family. Host communication and recommendations were great. I would stay again and would recommend this property to anyone visiting with their midshipman.

The 3rd bed in this property was so awful that we had to get a hotel room for one of our guests. The other 2 beds weren’t much better and the pillows were terrible. The furniture was worn and scarred. The host touted their “toiletries” which consisted of an off brand 3-in-1 cleanser of some sort.

What a View! Perfect, quintessential Annapolis spot

This Annapolis townhome was the perfect spot for our family’s stay there. There were 8 of us total, after my sweet in-laws were able to come along on our DC area vacation, and I was worried there wasn’t going to be enough room for my teens since they like to spread out. It ended up being just right. Everyone still had their own space, thanks to the 3-story layout and the sofa bed. And that amazing view of the boats and water was quintessential Annapolis, which made my heart happy. We could walk out onto the docks in the morning and enjoy our coffee there or on the outside patio. Oh, and the restaurants and main part of Annapolis were all within a very easy walking distance, and the two free parking spots in the lot behind the townhome were sooo nice, especially when I saw so many other VRBOs with only street parking. It was easy and perfect. Pictures look amazing but still do not do this place justice. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.
