The house is perfectly maintained, very clean and has all amenities needed. There is a main kitchen and a second smaller kitchen next to the dining terrace. We spent many evenings on that terrace, dining and drinking Tuscan wine. The house is big, with many rooms on different levels. We were a group of seven, and there was plenty of space to spread out. The pool was cleaned every day and has a fantastic view over the valley. The staff (rental agency, property caretakers, etc.) were extremely responsive, friendly and helpful and speak English well. We had a great stay!

Una villa con il fascino del tempo che fu modernamente ristrutturata, un giardino incantevole e molto curato contornato da una ricca vegetazione e piante da frutto di ogni tipo e una grandiosa piscina con vista spettacolare ci hanno accompagnato per sette giorni coccolandoci a dovere. nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances dans un lieu fabuleux une vue magnifique sur la campagne Toscane et de Lucca La maison était très grande la piscine à débordement fabuleuse et gigantesque L'accueil par Ilaria a été très chaleureux avec un panier en osier agrémenté d'huile d'olive, de tomates confites confiture et de vin A chaque question l'équipe du couvent était disponibl et répondait à nos questions nous avons pu bénéficier d'une visite du couvent proche de la maison la propreté était impeccable et la maison dotée de tout le matériel le seul bémol l'accessibilité de la maison via une route étroite de montagne L'endroit est idéal pour les personnes qui aiment le calme et l'isolement

Perfect host in perfect area!

This Olive Farm outside the city was perfect. Less than an hour drive from the airport, a short drive for weary travelers, and greeted by Elisa, an excellent host, then an afternoon in the town. We had commitments farther north the next day, but would have totally enjoyed a few extra days exploring and enjoying this delightful town and warm hospitality.
