The basement includes a comfortable living area for up to four guests, a bathroom, laundry room, billiards, and a home cinema, creating the perfect space for entertainment and relaxation.

The sandy beach of St. Thomas and its traditional seafront taverna are just a two-minute walk away, while Karavados village, local tavernas, and mini markets are only a three-minute drive, making FILON KTIMA an ideal destination for a relaxing and memorable holiday in Kefalonia.
