Villa Afroditi, luxurious 5 bedroom Villa, panoramic views, perfect location

Villa Afroditi is a newly listed luxury villa, complete with separate apartment available for larger parties. The villa consists of 3 double bedrooms, all with en suite facilities and ample wardrobe space, and there are a further 2 bedrooms available in the apartment on the lower floor. The main house has an open plan lounge and kitchen area complete with dining table. The balconies and verandas benefit from stylish pergolas and look out to the wonderful sea views afforded from this fantastic location. Externally, there is also a large Al Fresco dining enabling the guests to fully enjoy the surroundings.
The lounge area leads out to large feature patios surrounding the private pool which also features an integral Jacuzzi area. A family BBQ and a delightful bar area where you can while away the evenings socialising with friends is also a unique feature of this wonderful property.
There is a large off road parking area and the property is fully walled all around.
The rental costs shown are for the main 3 bedroom villa. Should the self contained 2 bedroom apartment on the lower floor be required for larger parties of guests, the additional price per night for this apartment will be: €75 per day (low season), €100 per day (mid season), €150 per day (high season).

We really enjoyed our stay at Villa Afroditi.We were able to check in a bit earlier as there wasn’t anyone staying the night before us.The hosts welcomed us with some amazing food, including meat, salads and bread.The villa is near the airport, but didn’t give us any concerns during our visit as flights aren’t very frequent. We were a group of 9 and would certainly recommend it.

We absolutely loved staying at Villa Aphrodite. Peter the host was so sweet and amazing and made us feel at home away from home. We had a group of 10 stay for a wedding here and it was perfect, the pool and day bed were amazing with views of the ocean and it was perfectly close to town. The house was very clean and had many amenities including washer and gym! We would stay here over and over again. We love you Peter!!!

Absolutely amazing location near Argostoli. The airport is nearby, but the noise is barely noticeable.Panagis is an exceptional host. We have never experienced such outstanding hospitality before. He welcomed us with fresh fruit, prepared delicious traditional Greek meals for us, stocked the fridge with everything we needed before our arrival, and was always happy to help us make the most of our vacation.The accommodation is very spacious, with a fantastic pool and a lovely outdoor daybed where you can watch the sunset.Highly recommended—we would love to come back!

Couldn't ask for a better, more friendly and attentive host. We arrived as guests and left as friends. We wanted for nothing!Upon arrival, the fridge was well stocked with all of the essentials and the host was there to greet us and walk us through the property. The property is fantastic for a group but equally lovely for a family. The pool is amazing and there are a large selection of pool toys for all ages.Inside the rooms are all spacious and well equipped with everything from robes and slippers to an iron and board. For those who like plane spotting, this is the perfect place but also we were not disturbed by them. They added to the holiday.The host also cooked us a couple of amazing dinners including a large tray of bbq meats and salads for our first evening.A car is desirable as there are no taverns or bars within easy walking distance but taxis are easily available at, seemingly, 20 for every journey.Overall, an amazing villa, an amazing host and a fantastic place for a family gathering. We will return.

Everything about this rental is perfect. Plenty of space indoor and outdoor. Great views. Easy access to everywhere on the island. Absolutely amazing host - I’ve stayed in a million vrbos and he’s in a class of his own. I’d give it more stars if I could and I would, and will, stay here again!

This villa was such a great choice for our trip, we wished we stayed longer. We travelled as a group of 10 (9 adults & 1 child) and there always felt like there was plenty of space for everyone. The villa also has space for 2 vehicles covered in a shady spot which is so helpful when travelling with large groups. The villa itself is clean, comfortable and located in a really good spot. It really is a lovely place to spend time. Spasmata beach is only a 5 minutes drive away too if you wish to get to a nice local beach.As others mentioned we arrived to a lovely home cooked spread of food and a stocked fridge full of wine and soft drinks, can’t ask for better than that after a day of travelling.Panagis is super helpful as well, we had to take my daughter to the hospital for an issue and he offered without hesitation to take us there so we knew exactly where to go. Panagis really is the gold standard of hosting. He was so helpful and his villa was absolutely lovely, wouldn’t hesitate to stay again given the opportunity.10/10

We loved the villa, couldn't wish for a better place. It was clean and well stocked with equipment for our stay, a wonderful meal was waiting for us when we arrived.The pool was the icing on the cake! Plenty of pool toys, sunbeds and cleaned and tidied every morning. The giant sunbed was the favourite with us all, renamed the Storybed, accommodating up to 5 in an evening, best view of sunset. Definitely ideal for multi generational family holidays, a quiet area but close to larger towns and beaches with car hire.Panagis is an excellent host, nothing is too much trouble, just ask and you will get it.Local people are also very friendly, helpful and speak very good English.

We travelled as a family multi generational group, youngest 3years to oldest 80years. Our host was very welcoming and had made us a meal waiting for us when we arrive, so we didn’t need to go to the supermarket till the next day. After a long day of traveling it was a real treat. There were pool toys, beach chairs, beach umbrella, and pool/beach towels all at the property. Place was spotless and they came back to clean again after three days (we stayed a week). Secure parking within a gated area. Three bedrooms in the main house, one on the ground floor which was great for our toddler and her parents as after she had gone to bed they could be sat by the pool and the room was only a few feet away with no stairs to worry about. Second two bedrooms in a self contained lower apartment. It’s close to the airport so we had made enquiries about the plane noise but planes are infrequent and it really did not bother us at all. Would be very happy to stay again and to recommend to friends and family.

What a Fabulous Villa

My family and I have enjoyed our 10 days stay here and had a wonderful time. The host was amazing and greeted us with a delicious feast and lots to drink when we arrived. Peter was always there to help and he gave us lovely tips on places to go and activities that were available. The house was very clean and spacious with stunning views. The location was perfect and we couldn’t get the younger ones and some older ones out of the pool. I look forward to returning again with my family to visit and I would highly recommend staying here. Family Holiday

Absolutely wonderful, when we arrived Peter the host welcomed us in to Villa Affroditi and showed us around, he also laid on food and drink for when we arrived, which was so thoughtfull, the positioning of the property was ideal close to the airport, and a great view looking over the ocean. The villa itself is just perfect for a family, the bedrooms, kitchen lounge was just perfect, the swimming pool was excellent, a fantastic weeks holiday Will i come again Most Definately,

We stayed here for 3 days, and couldnt appreciate the owners hospitality enough. Best experience ever. Location is great, close to airport and Argostolli. Great views, clean property n lovely pool.The owner, a fan of cooking, prepared us lots traditional greek food, provided fruits, milk and few bottles of wine n fridge stocked with cold drinks n milk etc , all to last us during the entire stay. Cant appreciate enough.

Absolutely Stunning

Wow - what an amazing experience it was staying at Villa Afroditi. Not only was the villa exactly as described but the owner was so so hospitable. Nothing was too much trouble and he was always there when we needed him. Wonderfully stocked fridge when we got there. Cannot fault our stay at all. We all loved it!!

Lovely Host & Epic Views

Peter is the kindest and loveliest man, he lives next door and brought us fresh figs ! There was a beautiful feast ready waiting for the 8 of us when we arrived prepared by him. Honestly we were blown away by his hospitality and how thoughtful he was. The views are excellent and the outside space perfect for the 8 of us age 13-82. Plane spotting was exciting and the distance to 3 beaches super close these are lesser known and suited us just perfectly. We would wholly recommend this property in Minies and the special Greek hospitality you will receive from the loveliest man.

Amazing

We had the most fantastic time at this villa. We were warmly welcomed by Peter and nothing was too much trouble throughout our whole stay. There were so many lovely touches - a fridge full of food and drink and inflatables for the kids already in the pool! The villa was spotless and the beds so comfortable. Fantastic villa

Group of 8 came out for long bank holiday weekend. Was greeted by owner, who could not have been more helpful. Lovely touch of home made pastries, fruit bowl and even wine and beer in fridge! Villa was fantastic, had everything we needed. Great views of sea and runway, which we loved. Great base 5 min from airport. Would love to return.

Incredible holiday

The villa is amazing and everything we hoped it would be. When we arrived we had a warm welcome with some amazing cooked food and a fridge full of items. It is the best welcome I have ever received. The villa was spotless, so was the pool and surrounding areas. The location is perfect with everything you need close by such as bars, restaurants, shops and beach. We had the most incredible holiday all thanks to a high quality villa and an unbelievable host. We hope to return one day!
