About this property

Welcome to the Chartreuse Natural Park! On the Plateau des Petites Roches, 30km from Grenoble and Chambéry, 1,000 m above sea level, we offer a family chalet that can accommodate from 4 to 14 people, completely renovated, all comfort, well exposed and quiet. Balcony and terrace, with a beautiful view of the Belledonne Massif and the Corniche de la Chartreuse. Electric heating + retractable insert fireplace with heat recovery; firewood available. Wifi, many board games and books.

The gite is made up of a main part (120m²): 3 bedrooms, 1 shower room, 1 separate WC, American kitchen and large living-dining room of 60m² + a semi-independent apartment (40 m²) on the ground floor garden, served by an internal staircase: 1 bedroom, 1 shower room with WC, living room with sofa bed and kitchenette. the rental is not divisible. It is not possible to have noisy parties.

Rental of the house on weekends outside school holidays only: 400 €. Weekly rental: from 650 € to 1400 € depending on the period.

Close proximity to the COL / MARCIEU summer / winter resort. Do not hesitate to visit their website.

Séjour très agréable !

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine . Je recommande vivement . Le chalet est spacieux ( nous étions 7 adultes et 2 adolescents )et très bien équipé, la literie très confortable et une superbe vue sur la chaîne de belledone. Tout est pensé pour se ressourcer . L’accueil est très chaleureux et échanges très sympathiques avec les propriétaires. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir

Très beau chalet avec vue magnifique

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable dans un chalet où tout est pensé et prévu pour le confort de chacun. Chalet spacieux : on était 9 adultes et 2 enfants en bas âge et n'étions pas les uns sur les autres; équipement au top; de la vaisselle de qualité et en nombre ; cheminée fermée pour de belles flambées ; literie confortable; et des jeux pour grands et petits... il y a même des ampoules, des bougies, des piles de secours... et une trousse à couture ... des petites attentions très rares dans les locations! Excellent contact avec la personne qui accueille sur place et des échanges très agréables avec la propriétaire. Le chalet est d'autre part bien situé proche du col de Marcieu et des stations de ski familiales. La vue sur le Gredivaudan et le massif de Belledone est prodigieuse. Tout pour des vacances réussies!

Vue extraordinaire

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour en famille. Nous avons profité de la neige les premiers jours puis des nombreux jeux de société et des chemins de randonnée ensuite. Très bons échanges avec la propriétaire pour organiser notre séjour et répondre aux aléas. Merci
