Unique modern house in Afetes with breathtaking views!

This freshly-built & warmly decorated stone-house in Afetes offers an ideal accommodation for mountain lovers, as well as for sea fans. It's just few kilometers away from white sandy beaches and literally next to the forest and the nature of mountain Pelion. The bioclimatic design and minimalistic interior offers unique holidays in a very peaceful and picturesque village. It's an ideal accommodation option for families or couples and the view from every corner is breathtaking!

This property follows a minimalistic style, mainly in the interior space, while it respects the traditional architectural lines and materials of Pelion mountain (eg. the local stones that form these amazing roofs). The house consists of two levels and accommodates comfortably up to four people.

Our guests enter the main door and find a closet right in front, while at the right side is the fully equipped kitchen and opposite of it is the bathroom with the washing machine. You take two steps and reach the main living room area with the dining table. Here you may enjoy the warmth of the fireplace during winter period or sit next to the windows and watch the endless blue of the Aegean Sea or the picturesque village. Dining table is large and sits comfortably six people, while the two sofas are actually two proper single beds for extra guests.

The upper level is fully covered by parkwood and is so cozy offering view of the whole lower level. There is a chest of drawers here to store your clothes and personal things, as well as plenty of space for your luggage.

The outdoor area has a marble table with few chairs and a large umbrella that is handy during the very hot summer season.

This lovely property is an ideal accommodation option for families of three to five and we may also provide you with baby cot and high chair. It's also fantastic for couples that want to be away from everything and love the calmness or outdoor activities. Be our guests to experience the Greek Philoxenia!!

Urlaub in toller Natur,in einem gemütlichen Häuschen

Der Vermieter war sehr entgegenkommend und wirklich sehr freundlich, leider haben wir ihn nur am Telefon und per E-mail kennengelernt. Das Haus ist nicht super luxuriös aber es hat an nichts gefehlt und alles hat funktioniert, ausserdem ist die Terrasse wunderschön. Das Haus war sehr sauber und aufgeräumt. Wir waren zu zweit und das war optimal, mehr Leute könnten Platzprobleme bekommen.

Wunderschönes Haus, toll gelegen am Anfang des Bergdorfes Afetes und trotzdem nah am Meer in Afissos

Wir - Paar mit Kleinkind, 2 Jahre - haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir waren fast 2 Wochen in Afetes Anfang Oktober. Das Haus hat eine tolle Athmosphäre durch den großen, offenen Wohn-/Schlafbereich mit und durch die großen Fenster hat man eine wahnsinng tolle Aussicht. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Die Treppen zum Bett sind auch für ein Kleinkind gut zu meistern. Die Kommunikation mit dem Host und seiner Assistentin war super und unkompliziert. Tatsächlich ist es ab Oktober sehr, sehr ruhig in Afetes, weil die Restaurants in der off-Season geschlossen haben und der Tourismus quasi verschwunden ist. Teilweise hat es leider geregnet, das kommt wohl im Oktober häufiger vor. In Affissos waren noch ein paar tolle Restaurants offen und in Argalasti, der größten Stadt, die ca. 30 min entfernt ist, sowieso. Da wir genau diese Ruhe gesucht haben, war es perfekt für uns. Es gibt relativ viele wilde Katzen in der off-season in den Dörfern, die die Touris ersetzen. Wobei sie zwar "wild" leben, aber total sauber und zahm waren. Meine Tochter hat es geliebt.
