Everything was great.. clean, location is perfect .. the area is perfect . Local food , coffee and wine and people friendly .. quiet at night .. perfect …
It was a perfect location for us. We really enjoyed the local restaurants and watching all the people each evening as they were heafing up to piazza michelangelo.very clean and comfortable bed. Easy checkin.
This was a great location away from the super crowded tourist areas but close enough to walk to the attractions. A handful of restaurants/bars were right outside the building entrance which was very convenient.
Impressed with location. Walking distant from all major sights. Bus, taxi, bikes very accessible if walking on s too much. Michael Angelo palazzo close by and a
Lovely garden restaurant called Beppa Fioraia. Also Rifullo cafes, for breakfast lunch apervito and dinner. Paola communicated clearly and well with good details. When there was an issue with wifi she contacted us before we could mention it and she was apologetic (it was a minor inconvenience. Great stay. Thank you!
Excitement location, away from busyness of the centre, local restaurants, bars and pastries close by. Apartment lovely, with all you require. Highly recommended.
excellent location, more than adequate kitchen, could use luggage racks (none), an occasional throw rug, and definitely suggest pods of coffee for each day of stay instead of only 2 pods for entire stay.Loved it and would stay there again. Thank you, Paola,
Lovely property in a great location. Would definitely stay there again. Very comfortable bed, safe neighborhood with wine bars and small restaurants yet quiet at night due to apartment being away from the street. Loved the walk into town across the Arno with the city center 10-15 min away. I had a wonderful time in Florence.
A perfect location. Great apartment. The building was quite noisy on a busy street the night. The children above us ran around and jumped on the floor which shook the ceiling.
This apartment met our needs while we stayed in Florence. The apartment is located on a quiet street, yet it's close enough to walk to the main tourist areas. There is a decent restaurant right next door. Everything was clean and the apartment was well supplied. It was nice to relax in a separate living area, the bed was comfy and there's plenty of room in the bedroom.
We had a wonderful 7-night stay in Florence. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and surprisingly spacious for a beautiful historic building. Its excellent location put us within walking distance of shops, restaurants, and all the main attractions. The fully stocked kitchen was great for preparing meals, and the air conditioning worked very well during the 30C temperatures we experienced.Paola was an outstanding host, with fast, friendly communication and clear check-in and check-out instructions. Traveling with a small rental car, we were able to find free parking nearby each evening, be aware of ZTL hours- I think after 8pm the street access is restricted. We also loved being just a 15-minute walk from Piazzale Michelangelo, where the sunset and panoramic city views are breathtaking. The well-stocked first aid kit was another thoughtful touch.Thank you, Paola, for helping make our stay so enjoyable—we would gladly stay again and highly recommend this apartment.
Great place to stay in the Oltrarno neighborhood beneath the Piazza Michelangelo, just outside of the tourist saturated city center. Bus stops on Lungarno Serristori are only a block or two away. Easy across the river to walk to the Uffizi. Rifrullo across the street is great for a quick bite.
The apartment is not on the ground floor, but the stairs are very manageable. It was very clean and accommodated two adults easily. Cold AC and a bathroom that isn't the size of an oversized closet.
Definitely would stay here again if I come back to Florence.
