This was the perfect apartment for a quick stay in Florence! On the quieter side of the river, tucked next to some wonderful restaurants, and so cozy and comfortable. Francesco makes sure you feel comfortable and have everything you need for your stay! We miss it already!

I would come back to this beautiful apartment. Close to everything, quiet, comfortable, with everything we needed for a great stay! Amazing restaurants and cafes close by and most all the ‘big’ sights / museums within a 10-15 min walk or most 30 min. Love Florence!

The apartment was perfect. Perfect location, perfect ambiance. It looked just like the pictures. Francesco met us and explained everything, even gave us food and gelato recommendations. Everything in the apartment worked as it should. I would definitely stay here again if I were in Florence.

This apartment was perfect for our stay in Florence. It's close to the Ponte Vecchio and thus within walking distance to almost all the major sights. Although the street itself can be busy, the apartment is in the back of the building and very quiet. The kitchen is well appointed, and although we used it only to make breakfast each day, it would be possible to cook a full meal. The bed was comfortable, shower good; a/c, dishwasher, and washing machine worked well. There's a large drying rack for clothes drying. Francesco was a perfect host. We arrived quite late owing to flight cancellations and delays, but he was there to meet us and answered all our questions promptly via the app. He gave us excellent recommendations for area restaurants and directions to the nearby grocery store—and also took care of booking a taxi to take us to the train station on our final day. Many excellent restaurants are steps away. We highly recommend this apartment to anyone considering a stay in Florence—and this would be our first choice of a place to stay on a return visit. Thank you, Francesco!

Wonderful apartment with plenty of space. Having a washing machine was a bonus. Great location close to the river. We were able to walk from the train station. A little noisy at night with road traffic and people but after the first night i didnt notice much.
