Created from the shell of a much-loved local landmark, The Hollies has been thoughtfully transformed into a luxurious contemporary home while retaining the stained-glass windows, period details and architectural character that make the property so distinctive.

At the heart of the house is a spacious and stylish lounge with spectacular views across the water and a welcoming open gas fire. The adjoining open-plan kitchen and dining area is fully equipped for preparing everything from relaxed family breakfasts to celebratory dinners, with seating for up to 18 guests.
The family-friendly games room provides plenty of evening entertainment, featuring a 7ft pool table, a 65-inch television, Xbox and Sonos surround-sound system.

With eight individually designed bedrooms arranged across three floors, The Hollies is ideally suited to multigenerational groups. A ground-floor en-suite bedroom offers additional convenience for guests who may prefer to avoid stairs. Seven further bedrooms are located on the first and second floors. Five have private en-suite facilities, while two share a luxurious family bathroom featuring a freestanding roll-top bath.

One bedroom is arranged as a spacious family room, with a king-size bed and two additional single beds—perfect for parents travelling with younger children. Egyptian cotton bed linen, thick fluffy towels and indulgent waterfall showers add to the sense of comfort throughout the house.

Outside, the south-facing terrace is the perfect place for leisurely barbecues after a day exploring the coast. As evening falls, gather around the firepit, enjoy the peaceful surroundings and watch the light fade over the water.
