We enjoyed our stay, though walked in very tired and the unit wasn’t quite ready, though when called, it was promptly taken care of. Loved Rothesay and the Isle of Bute.

I fell in love with this property as soon as I went in. It is in need of some TLC, some bits and pieces are a bit tired looking. That being said, I found it really comfortable with gorgeous views and very peaceful. Campbell, the host, was easy to communicate with, nothing was to much trouble. This was my first visit and hopefully won't be my last. I would love to return.

The decor and furnishings are gorgeous, and there are lovely views from every room. The reason I haven't given it five stars is due to the problems when I arrived, but Campbell got everything sorted the next day, gave frequent updates and was exceptionally polite and friendly throughout. We had a very enjoyable stay

We spend 4 nights in the property with our 3 kids and we couldnt have been happier. It was very clean, really comfortable and equipped with everything you could possibly need. Campbell was very helpful as soon as questions arose. We would highly recommend this property and will def come back.

Great stay

The apartment was spacious & well equipped for five of us staying for a walking weekend on Bute. The apartment has an amazing g view over the water and was about a 10 min walk to the centre of Rothesay. Would highly recommend staying here.

This was my second visit to the flat. I was again impressed by the fresh, clean atmosphere. The kitchen had everything necessary for a short or long stay. The bedrooms were airy and brightly decorated with superbly comfortable beds.My favourite sitting position was close to the lounge window so that I could easily check on the ferries! All kept time to the minute.The beaches were clean and quiet so perfect for walking. The Cafe at Ettrick Bay had been refurbished and the menu was excellent.Campbell, the host, was in touch with me shortly after my arrival to check if I had settled in and he told me of upcoming events. He was easy to talk to and as an elderly person I felt reassured with his friendly manner. Wouldn't hesitate to return.MR

Lovely accommodation with stunning views

Had a long stay at the property, the accommodation is very spacious and clean with loads of amenities. Locations is great with just a 20 minute walk from the ferry terminal. The views from the living room bay wjndows is breathe taking. Would definitely recommend staying here

Bute Stay

I stayed in this property for 8 weeks whilst completing a work placement on the island. I loved my time here, was very comfortable, and the property had everything I needed. Location was great with lovely views! Would stay again
