Apartment with independent entrance. Location Parghelia, just 3 km from Tropea. You can reach Michelino beach in a few minutes on foot and also the village, where there are food shops, ice cream parlors and restaurants, bars, pharmacy, etc.
The apartment has air conditioning in all rooms and consists on the ground floor of a large living room / kitchen with sofa bed, one double bedroom with ceiling fan, large shower room with washing machine and second WC. There is a large private patio for outdoor dining or sunbathing.
The kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, electric oven, gas hob, microwave, toaster and kettle.
The basement has a twin / double bedroom with window in a well and a small sitting room, with access to the private garage and an internal staircase leading to the ground floor.

Settimana molto piacevole

Ottima esperienza a casa Margherita, la casa è molto spaziosa (ottima per 6 persone) e ben fornita di tutto il necessario, compreso il posto auto, molto utile in quella zona. Si trova a 10 minuti in macchina dal centro di Tropea e a due passi dalla bellissima spiaggia del Michelino. Ci sono due zone esterne, dove è molto piacevole pranzare, cenare e fare colazione. I proprietari molto gentili e disponibili. Consiglio assolutamente

Very nice, clean, owners delightful and accommodating

Apartment was spacious, very clean, and had everything we needed. Louise and her husband were so friendly and kind, if we happen to need anything there was never an issue. If your looking for a place close to the beach and just relaxing,or being located with easy access to visit other towns this property is both. You do however need to use trains or drive, be sure to plan how your going to get somewhere. Overall it was a lovely stay

Sehr schön, gute Lage und nette Vermieterin

Die Wohnung war wunderschön und praktisch. Sie ist gut für Familien mit Kinder geeignet. Zu Fuß zum wunderschönen Strand sind es 5 Minuten. Das Wasser ist kristallklar und der Sand ist perfekt zu Buddeln und darin spielen. Und die Vermieter sind wirklich toll und sehr nett.
