Private Beach Ocean front condo on the Island

Our condo is located on the beautiful Island of Perdido Key, one of the best "family" beaches in the Florida panhandle. Spectacular gulf front condo with beautiful sunsets enjoyed from your own private patio. Walk out the front door and you are on the beach!
Enjoy a newly remodeled unit with 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms. Sleeps a maximum of 8. The fully equipped kitchen also has a breakfast counter space.
The unit has 3 levels, entry level/mudroom to leave your beach gear and shoes; main level with two large balconies, living room, dinning room, fully equipped kitchen, guest bath and laundry room. The couch unfolds into a queen size bed.
The top floor boasts 3 bedrooms, each room has large widows that overlook the beautiful Island. The master bedroom has a private balcony and windows that overlook the gulf with magnificent views!!
A guest room has a queen size bed and another guest room hold a trundle twin size bed that sleeps 2.

Great little beachfront property. Covered parking for small vehicles only, but space to park out front if needed. Beach is a bit of a walk through the sand, if you bring a wagon, get the one with the big balloon tires to save your back!!! This was our second time staying here, we will stay here again if we are in the area.

This place was the best for a quick getaway !!! BestLocation. … we parked and walked to everything …. Easy access to the beach and the view from the living room and bedrooms was amazing ! Very quiet and private . Great communication with host. You can’t beat this view for the price !!!! Parking is a little tight under the unit but we made it work perfectly . We will def book again here .

Beach vacation

The condo was very nice right on the beach and walking distance to a few restaurants. The neighbors are all really nice. Condo was clean and had all the things we needed. We will definitely book again when in the area.

A Short Walk To The Water

We loved that it was on a private beach and a short walk to the water. It rained off and on while we were there, but we could sit on the deck and look at the ocean and listen to the waves. There were several restaurants within walking distance and that was a huge plus. I would definitely stay again.

Was very please about everything on this property. Great Views great location. The home had all the necessary amenities for the stay. The beach area was basically your own beach. No crowds.

Great condo and location!

My wife and I enjoyed our stay here. The host responded quick to our questions and was very helpful. A short walk to a very nice beach that was not busy at all. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. The location was also great, being within walking distance of Flora-Bama bar and their restaurants. Hopefully we will get a chance to get back down there again

2nd time staying here

This was our second time here. We came last April and everything was just as great as last time. Rania is quick to respond to messages and she is very kind! I love that a gate was added to be able to enter the property. The oceanfront view is amazing and the location to Flora-Bama and Orange Beach is perfect. It’s convenient but still quiet and fairly private. The house is comfortable and has all the amenities you need for your stay. We will definitely stay again!

Great stay and location

Great location. Beach was not crowded. Condo was very clean and well stocked. Easy path to the beach right out the front door. Communication with Rania was great. She was quick to answer any questions. Could use some curtains in bedrooms in case you want to sleep in while on vacation. Views were beautiful from condo. Just remember it is a townhouse so lots and lots of stairs. We would stay here again!

Girls Weekend Getaway

A good group of girlfriends wanted to get away for a long weekend to relax and laugh over wine! This property was perfect! Plenty of room for everyone! I loved that it is a small footprint property! We felt like the beach was just for us, literally steps from our door. It had everything we needed! Also, loved that it was walking distance to everything. No driving once we arrived. Breathtaking views from every window! Also, LOVED that the ice maker made ice quickly and plentiful!

Great location away from crowds

I wish we were still there. House had everything we needed. I loved being able to look out the living room window at the ocean as I had to work a couple days while we were there and did my work from the dining room table. The beach area was not crowded at all and it was a short walk from the house. Our goal was to relax and this house was perfect for it. We stopped at a store on the way in and only went out to eat one time while there and if I had it to do over we would have bought more groceries and not left the house and beach at all. I am bummed out writing this review because it will be next year before we can make it back :(
