Close walk or cross country ski to the Upper Truckee River and acres of forest land.

There is a limit to the maximum occupancy and it is limited to 12. Cars are limited to the number that can fit in the garage and driveway which is 4
Trash on Tuesdays and should be put out in the morning using the bear box container only--no cans outside of bear box. No street parking during snow.
There is a County wide strict no tolerance noise policy. You could be fined or even evicted by the Sherriffs Department during quiet time 9PM - 8AM
