Rent a great one bedroom one bath family shore house that is 1 block from the beach and Seaside Heights famous boardwalk. Everything is in walking distance as this cottage is on the boulevard and is beach block. This rental comes with beach badges and one on street parking pass, no pets no proms and no teen rentals. This is a non smoking unit . Perfect for 2 adults and maybe 1 child. Back yard is shared with our house but you have your own space and grill . Cable TV , beach chairs , blanket , and umbrella . kitchen comes complete with coffee maker , blender , and all utensils . No linens supplied , we still have a lot of good weeks available .

Great Location to Boardwalk

Cute bungalow one block from boardwalk. Close to great restaurants and bars. The bungalow has only full size sleeping options which was a bit challenging for us at 6 ft heights. Host was helpful and went put of his way to ensure we were happy.

Everything we needed

This is great for an active couple like us. It’s small but perfect just to have somewhere to lay your head at night. Easy walk to boardwalk and beach and not far from the parkway to drive to other shore points. Friendly hosts and very clean.

Good location - Fairly Priced - Small Space

Pros: Very close to boardwalk/beach. Gene, property manager, always responsive and available for questions. One parking pass and 2 beach passes. Lots of restaurants and things to do nearby. Cons: Very small space. It was just me, and I'm pretty small, and I felt cramped in. Listing states dining area, living room and dining room. There is just one area that includes all of that. I was ok just me, but would not have been comfortable with two more people. One more person would be manageable as long as we weren't planning to spend a lot of time indoors. The place definitely could stand an overall good cleaning. It wasn't filthy at all..just looks as if it hasn't gotten a good once over in a while. That all being said..I feel it was worth it for the price. If staying here, I would recommend bringing a sleep mask. In the mornings the sun shines directly into the bedroom window. Blackout curtains would be a great benefit. Also would be nice to have a curtain for the kitchen window to afford more privacy.

Great place and location!

The place is perfect for a couple or family of 4. The kitchen was clean and fully stocked with pots, pans, electric stove and microwave. They also had plates, glasses, coffee mugs and silverware. All you need to bring is your own linen and towel. The host, Eugene was so nice. Whenever we wanted to use the pool, he would open it and up and have it ready for us. We even did BBQ couple times on his gas grill. The location is perfect! 3 blocks away from the boardwalk. Walking distance from CVS and 7/11. We had a great time and will definitely come again next year!

it's a small cottage. 1 bedroom full size bed. A small living area/ dining area, the couch can sleep 2. The kitchen is small. Plus also is bathroom. It was clean. Great location, about 1 block and a half from Shore. Basically it was a good place for a week away. I would return.

Super cute, secure, very clean and well maintained beach cottage.

This cottage is truly a gem in SSH. The owner and his wife are honest and friendly. Refunded our security deposit before we even got home! We will definitely be back!
