We loved eating in the outdoor areas. The barbecue was well used. The rooms were quiet and dark - lovely for sleeping. Kitchen had everything we needed.

Great 4 day stay

The house had everything we needed and was the perfect spot to relax. We used the pool several afternoons after spending time at one of the beaches. Nice views and beautiful landscaping.

Lovely spacious villa with 4 good bedrooms with generous ensuite and terrace each.Great pool size and depth with heating at 28deg C to make it properly usable in October.Well kept large garden.Great communication.

A beautiful stay

We were very impressed by the property and had a lovely week exploring the Algarve. It is particularly well located near to lots of activities suitable for toddlers, including beautiful beaches and the lovely town of Silves. The property had everything we needed for a relaxing stay and communication with the hosts was excellent. We would strongly recommend!

Excellent villa with exceptional views. The pool and villa worked well for our party of three generations. It was all well equipped with helpful tips and advice from Alex and Richard. We even discovered a new favourite restaurant from the recommended list - thank you!

Such an amazing property

Beautiful, relaxing villa, with a fantastic pool, set in a secluded location overlooking orange groves. Spacious and well equipped. 10mins from Silves where you can get supplies and 20mins to the coast. Great communications from the owners and generous welcome package for our arrival. Would highly recommend for couples or groups.

Villa with everything you need

Spacious villa with well equipped kitchen and good sized pool. All rooms ensuite which was great for our guests. Clean and well presented with lovely mature gardens and open views. Aircon was working well in bedrooms for hot nights. We had lovely relaxed stay. Owner was very helpful and dealt with all our requests promptly. Great stay overall. Some rooms, furnature and bathrooms were a little dated/tired looking but it didn't detract from a super holiday mainly outdoors anyway.

Excellent property

We were a group of 4 golfers. The villa was situated in a very quiet area away from busy urban area but was conveniently close to good courses. Also known nly a shortish taxi ride to Silves for a night out. The property was in great nick with excellent facilities. We particularly liked the covered BBQ area. Highly recommend this villa.

Great villa

We really enjoyed our week in Villa Quina. The house was immaculate on arrival and is very well maintained and equipped. We had mixed weather during our week in April but the house made it possible to enjoy our stay whether the sun was shining or the rain was falling. Communication before, after and during our stay was very good and we felt well looked after. We are already planning our next trip in the future.

Lovely home in a beautiful setting

The service from initial booking to leaving the property was second to none. Any questions were answered, Alex even purchased additional equipment when I asked if a particular item was in the kitchen. Accessing the villa was effortless, the property a joy to stay in and very relaxing. It really is as good as the pictures suggest. Villa Quinna is a credit to its owners (and the lovely housekeeper Inacia) and I would highly recommend a stay here.

Lovely, clean house in a great location

We had a wonderful stay in Villa Quina. Alex and Richard are wonderful hosts, replying quickly to all our questions and very friendly. The house is spacious, exceptionally clean and very well equipped. We travelled with two young children. Everything was provided for them. The location is great. Very quiet and an easy drive to Silves, which is a charming town. As well as a 20minutes drive to some of the most stunning beaches! We highly recommend staying in Villa Quina

A lovely place to relax!

My family and I were happy with our stay in Villa Quina. The hosts are very friendly and the response were always very quick. (The crew, housekeeper, gardener, pool attendent were also kind and did a very good job! THX.) You have a great view to the golf resort on the opposite. Especially when the sun goes down. Amazing!!! Villa Quina, it's lovely arranged garden and the pool is a perfect place to relax.

Fabulous large Villa with a wonderful pool

Villa Quina was exactly what we needed. It’s a large spacious villa that gave a family of 6 plenty of room. The pool is to die for and has a lovely outlook over the orange tree plantation across the road. We decided against getting a car as we planned to be mainly in the pool. However Uber was super easy and cheap to get to Silves, Armacao and Ferrugido for dolphin watching, meals and the beach. At the time we used Glovo to get our shopping delivered from continente. However uber eats even though It listed various takeaways could never deliver anything. Had a wonderful family holiday and definitely would go back!

Wonderful Stay!

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Quina! It was spacious, very clean and beautiful, very suitable for both small and larger groups. It is extremely private and situated centrally for exploring the Algarve. The grounds are beautiful and well kept and there are numerous seating areas to enjoy the views. The villa faces south, overlooking an expansive orange grove. The pool is inviting and probably the best we have ever experienced. It measures approximately 45’ x 24’ and is between 3’ and 7’ deep, a very spacious pool for swimming. The pool deck is nice, with plenty of seating and umbrellas available. We spent a lot of time in the pool! There is also a covered area outside with seating for both eating and enjoyment, along with an outdoor grill for cooking. The house is well outfitted and the bedrooms upstairs are air conditioned so sleeping was very comfortable. Communication with our hosts, Alex and Richard, before, during and afterwards was excellent. In fact, this was our first experience in a rental property where we were treated to a mid stay cleaning, nice touch. The owners clearly take pride in their property. You will need a car when staying at this property but that shouldn’t be a surprise. There are several towns within 10 - 30 minutes drive from the villa, making it easy to explore the Algarve. Highly recommend!

Accurately described for an excellent experience

We were a party of seven adults and two children (6y, and 22mths). We were so looking forward to staying at Villa Quina: we were not disappointed. The descriptions for location, layout and facilities were spot on. It was very well equipped, with lots of room for everyone to find chill out areas. The beds were comfortable and everyone was happy with the cleanliness. We enjoyed the pool immensely, being a good size for swimming lengths. We had an evening barbecue under the pagoda which was sheltered and quite magical. The views across the orange groves were beautiful and the evening scents of the vegetation delightful. Inacia, the housekeeper, was friendly and lovely to talk to. She quietly got on with her work and kept the villa in tip top order. We had several excursions to explore the local area, visiting Silves Castle, Albufeira town, beach and marina, Praia de Marinha hill top walk and beach, and the board walk. The Villa is well placed for getting supplies. We shopped at Guia, Silves, Alcantarilha and Albufeira enjoying local wines, beers, fruits, olives, artisan breads, fish and meats. All in all we had a lovely time, confident that should there have been any problems, the Villa Quina team would have sorted things out for us. We had no problems and feel that everyone behind the scenes have created a real home from home with good instructions on what to expect and what was expected from us. We sincerely hope we can visit again and would happily recommend the property to friends.
