There is a modern bathroom with a bath, shower facility and a toilet. You will also find a WASHER/DRYER in the bathroom.
There is off road parking available but on a first come first served basis (please note the permit must be displayed at all times). There is also a communal bike store (max 2 bikes).
The block has a lift available to all floors.

Although the town centre is large with busier parts, the opportunity to escape is never too far for those wanting a more relaxed holiday. Whilst en route to Bournemouth's seafront, you can wander through the beautiful gardens, a small snippet of what this beautiful part of the coast has to offer. With no shortage of local amenities such as a large array of eateries both chain and independent, Bournemouth is a stunning location for those who want to be close to the seafront, which offers miles of high-quality sandy, clean beaches. If you fancy going beyond the sea front, perhaps you may want to take part in some of the activities that Bournemouth has to offer such as cycle rides and self-guided heritage walks. Bournemouth has countless attractions and the promise of an endless list of activities to partake in, Bournemouth town centre has things to suit every party. Perhaps you may want to hop aboard the brightly coloured land train for a trip along the seafront where you are able to take in the sights of the Bournemouth seaside and enjoy views out to the Isle of Wight. CHRISTCHURCH / MUDEFORD / HIGHCLIFFE - Christchurch is a quaint destination, steeped in history. With beautiful riverside walks along the Stour it is ideal for the quieter day out, while still having the High Street for shopping.
