The Old Haybarn is a lovely detached, stone barn conversion resting in a small hamlet, close to Ippleton, in Devon. Set all on the ground-floor, the property hosts two bedrooms: one king-size and one family room with a double and a single, together sleeping five guests. The property also has a family bathroom and cloakroom with a basin and WC. Completing the interior is an open-plan living room with a kitchen, dining area and sitting area with a woodburning stove. Outside there is an enclosed gravelled area with furniture and a raised lawned area, as well as off-road parking for 2-3 cars. The Old Haybarn is an excellent base for friends and families seeking a rural escape.

Fuel starter pack for for woodburning stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off-road parking 2-3 cars. Enclosed gravelled area with furniture and raised lawned area. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 1.5 miles and pub 1.4 miles. Please note: Further stock for the woodburning stove can be sourced in local shops. No stag, hen or similar.
