Alexandrine's charming house is a delight for lovers and families.
In the heart of an ancient hamlet lost in the olive groves, La Valmoura is one of the last silent paradises a few kilometres from Cannes.
For a relaxing stay, in a natural setting, beautiful walks and hikes await you directly from the house.
A magical place conducive to meditation, inspiring creative souls..., painters, writers... Built on 3 levels, it offers:
A large living room with kitchen and lounge area, opening directly onto the outdoor terrace. A staircase leads to the bedrooms, one per floor. On the ground floor, a bedroom with bathroom under an alcove, also opening onto the terrace, with a view of the countryside. On the second floor, a bedroom with a special charm.
Japanese tatami mats on the floor and a fireplace make it a very cosy space. A pretty period sink for charm. In keeping with the old decoration, only a white curtain separates the bathroom from the bedroom. The house is heated by wood by a stove that also supplies the floors and the fireplace in the upper room is closed to avoid drafts
The village of St Cezaire sur Siagne is one of the last authentic villages in the hinterland of Grasse.
The Saturday market attracts many visitors with its character and good-natured atmosphere.

-Due to the animals present on the estate, dogs are not allowed.
-The rate indicated is valid for a couple.
-An additional fee is required for each additional person.
Located in the natural park of the pre-alps d'azur, overlooking the valley and the river of the Siagne, protected area Natura 2000.Production of certified organic olive oil and aromatic plants on site.

-The plants thank you for the daily watering that is essential in summer!
-The boiler is gas,
-When there is no more hot water, a phone call and I change the bottle.
-The price of the house does not include cleaning fees. In this sense, before your departure, you are asked to leave the house in a good state of cleanliness, i.e. to vacuum all floors, mop if necessary.
We draw your attention in particular to the kitchen, bathroom and toilet.
For the kitchen:- Store clean dishes in the cupboards- Check the cleanliness of the pots and pans before storing them too.- Wipe the fridge with a sponge.- Clean the worktop.- Mop. For the sanitary facilities:- Clean the bathtub, sinks and toilets.- Mop the bathroom and toilets.
An additional charge (from €80) will be charged after your departure if these instructions are not respected.
Laundry fees will also be charged if you wish to use our linen (sheets and towels)
