Panoramic ocean views, large wrap around porch, washer/dryer, modern appliances, hardwood floors, large living room, ceiling fans, central air, comfortable accommodations, and close to Bob's Grill.

Conveniently located to the Ocean City Boardwalk and amusements, this property provides easy access to our lifeguard protected beaches, shopping, and area restaurants.

Situated 15 minutes south of Atlantic City, Ocean City is a true family oriented community featuring amusements, family entertainment venues, golf course, municipal airport, concerts, fishing charters, boat and water sport rentals, surfing beaches, and a two and one half mile wooden boardwalk.

This unit is a weekly rental during peak season from Sat to Sat.

We're a married couple with two small children living in central Pennsylvania. Because of our work schedules, we can't always get down to the Shore. We decided to rent our condo to help cover our expenses. We've taken a great deal of time and pride renovating the property. Its important to us for tenants to feel at home when they use our condo. We didn't want to take the view that "it's only a rental'.

Why they chose this property

We had been looking at condos for some time in OCNJ. When we went out on the porch, we knew this was one. The views, as well as beach and boardwalk access are incredible. We were able to capitalize on the amenities of a beach front condo without the expense. We hope our tenants feel the same.

What makes this property unique

Location, Location and Location. Beach and boardwalk access, restaurant access, access to shopping on Asbury Avenue and how about those views? The inside of the condo has been completely updated with calming colors and coastal furniture. All beds have hypoallergenic mattress covers as do the pillows. Park your car and enjoy the island for the week with everything you need at your fingertips.
