Ground floor, ocean front luxurious 3BR condo. Not your typical beach rental.

This is an ocean front, ground floor unit with parking feet away. Full kitchen with large island, full laundry and a short walk down the boardwalk out your back door to the beach.

There is a small gym, community pool and tennis court as well.

You will have the place entirely to yourself.
