Beautiful house, surrounded by wonderful nature and breathtaking sea view

This very nice and lovely house is situated in Gondolici, a little place only 2km from Labin. House is a typical new istrian house. It is surrounded by wonderful nature, forest, romantic atmosphere, typical istrian trees, vineyards right in front of the house, flowers, breathtaking sea view, and view of nearby islands. The house for 4-6 persons has 80m2 with kitchen, 2 big bedrooms, living-room with TV, DVD player, SAT, and air conditioner, 2 bathrooms,one bathroom has a washing-machine and a wonderful terrace sorounded and coverd by vineyards. Owners are living in the a house nearby, and will be at your service if you need anything. The old town Labin is 2km away from the house, so it can be easily reached. Local bars and shops invite you for a cup of coffee, or a small shopping. Ancient City of Labin has to be visited, its architecture is protected and offers a number of sightseeing pints, church from 1336, built on even older church fundament from 11th century, the Museum etc. Only 2km from this house is a small village Prtlog with fantastic nature, clear sea and beaches. Rabac is also a town in a close distance, known as a pearl of Istria. It is famous for its clean beaches, crystal clear water, restaurants, cocktail bars, and various offer of sports activities such as waterskiing, scubadiving, renting a boat, jet-skiing etc.
