Villa of approximately 110m2 fully fenced, with ground floor overlooking south facing terrace, not overlooked garden with swimming pool (4 * 8m) with integrated whirlpools.

In a green setting on the edge of the hills of Vence, Tourrettes sur Loup and picturesque villages in the region, is our Provencal villa on two levels.
You will find all amenities nearby (supermarket, bakery, restaurants ...).

On the ground floor: large living room with fireplace and air conditioning, equipped American kitchen, overlooking the garden with swimming pool. Entrance, with WC and sink.
Upstairs: 3 bedrooms with nature views, 2 bathrooms, one with shower and one with bathtub. Both are equipped with a WC.
Terrace in the shade between the house and the cellar which is equipped with a washing machine, dryer and a freezer. Terrace with pergola in front of the house, facing south.
Pool House with barbecue, kitchen and dining area.
Solarium with deckchair and sun loungers for sunbathing.

Super family break

Our family spent 2 wonderful weeks in Jean Yves and Marianne’s house. We couldn’t have asked for better hosts! Perfect for adolescents wanting to spend time at the pool (which is fabulous!) and lots to do in the area. Everything you could need can be found in the home, which is just beautiful.

Beautiful and well maintained house and garden. Perfect swimming pool and various seating areas and good bbq and dining area. The host was exceptionally welcoming and helpful and provided many good tips and advice on places to visit and eat. Very well equipped kitchen and air conditioning down stairs. A Slice of Heaven in the French Riviera

We spent almost three weeks and loved every moment of our stay in Jean Yves’ and Marianne’s property. The villa was spotlessly clean and provided for every amenity a guest could reasonably expect (and more). The host greeted us at the property, checked in on us periodically, and provided helpful tips for the region. The pool was extremely well maintained, and the gardens were beautiful. It is well located for visiting the region’s gorgeous mountain and seaside towns and villages.

Beautiful villa very well maintained

Beautiful villa in stunning grounds. Fabulous pool. Lots of seating/ tables in the grounds so you can really spend all day outside - both sunny and shady areas. Amazing that pool is safely gated off so we could let the little ones run around freely.

Perfect location for daytrips and really good host

The villa was perfect for our family summer holiday - being a family of two adults and three young people. Spacious and clean and with a homelike atmosphere. We were particularly fond of the the pool and the garden with the lemon tree and other beautiful plants and flowers. We only met Jean-Yves, and he was very friendly and gave us really good recommendation on where to dine and good places to swim (both sea and river). The location was perfect for short trips by car to the nearby small medievel towns and to le Côte d’Azur.

Wir hatten einen phantastischen Urlaub. Das Haus und der Garten sind wirklich liebevoll gestaltet. Die Einrichtung ist komplett, man benötigt wirklich keine Sondereinkäufe (von Salz über Öl, Gewürze ist alles vorhanden). Wir genießen die Zeit am Pool und zu den nahegelegenen Ausflugszielen. Auch Wanderungen kann man vor der Haustür starten. Immer wieder gern.

Sehr schönes Haus in guter Lage

Wir haben den Aufenthalt im Haus von Marianne und Jean-Yves sehr genossen. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und hatten schöne Tipps für die Umgebung. Das Haus hat alle Erwartungen erfüllt und entspricht vollständig den Fotos und Angaben im Inserat. Die Lage ist - wie in der Annonce angegeben - etwas nordwestlich von Nizza, wobei sich auch ein Ausflug nach Tourettes sur Loup selbst lohnt. An den Strand von Nizza braucht man je nach Verkehr zwischen 20 und 40 Minuten. Die Gartenanlage und der Pool waren sehr gepflegt und das Haus lag in schöner, ruhiger Lage. Das Auto kann direkt vor dem Haus geparkt werden. Wir können das Haus nur weiter empfehlen.

Calme et espace

La maison est au calme et les pièces sont grandes. La piscine est idéale. Le propriétaire nous a conseillé des bons restaurants. La maison est super bien équipée. Rien ne manque dans la cuisine. Il y a la climatisation dans la salon, mais pas dans les pièces où on dort. C'est le seul point d'amélioration.

Super séjour dans une maison correspondant à tous points à la description. Propriétaire qui communique ses bonnes adresses (merci encore !), super ! En revanche, Abritel n’édite pas de facture et c’est comme ça ! Le propriétaire a dû se débrouiller seul… Bref, plateforme Abritel à éviter…

Beautiful homebase for family holidays in Provence / Côte d'Azur

We stayed at this beautiful and well-taken care of house together with our 2 kids (2 and 4 years old). Jean-Yves welcomed us personally and did a short check-in and tour of the house. As he and his family live there during the months outside of summertime, it is very well taken care of and contains all the essentials you are wishing for as a family. The pool is gated and can be locked, which is especially important in case you have small kids. On top, the house's location is perfect for both, trips throughout the Provence region (we enjoyed day-visits to Grasse, Tourrettes s.l., Saint Paul de Vence) and all places along the Côte d'Azur. But the house itself is also a great place to spend time at the pool or having barbecues. All in all, a great place for your family holidays in South of France.

Superbes vacances

Nous y avons séjourné une semaine du 14 au 21 juillet à 5 (deux couples et un enfant de deux ans et demi). Le cadre est très beau, calme, bien entretenu. La maison était très propre. Nous y avons trouvé tout ce qu’il fallait surtout au niveau de la cuisine ! Il y a absolument tout le nécessaire. Le propriétaire est très sympathique, très disponible pour ses vacanciers. Il nous a demandé s’il pouvait amélioré quelque chose mais on cherche encore...

Beautiful Provence Villa

We spent one week in this beautiful Provence villa in July, 2017. It is located between two small villages, which both can be reached within a few minutes (car is needed). Both the house and the garden is very charming, and also very clean and fresh. The house has a new modern kitchen and is very well equipped (you will not miss anything). Having three small kids with us, we especially appreciated the pool area (and that it was gated) and the beautiful and well maintained garden, where the kids could play. The host Jean-Yves was great and very service minded. He was always available and provided recommendations on where to eat and tips on what to do in the surrounding area. He even provided an extra stroller and pool toys for the kids, which was much appreciated. All in all, we only have good things to say about this property and the host. We had a really great time here. We definitely recommend it. Tobias (Sweden)

Beautifull villa near Vence

We staid two weeks (July 4-July 18) in this beautifull Villa between Vence and Tourrettes sur Loup. The Villa met all our expectations. It is very well equiped and gives a lot of privacy. We spent a lot of time near the swimming pool enjoying the grill and the sweet summer evenings. Vence and Tourrettes are two very nice villages to go to. The owner of the house was very friendly and gave us some very good advices. Nice is only twenty minutes away by car. We highly recommend this villa! A perfect place to spent your summer holiday!
