This condo is in a wonderful location and has a great view directly across the street from Magic Sands beach. This 2 bedroom, 2 bath fully air conditioned condo has an ocean view, and is fully equipped for a comfortable and enjoyable stay when in Kona. The oversized lanai offers a view of the ocean, and the pool, and is a fantastic way to start the day while enjoying a cup of Kona Coffee.

After flying thousands of miles to get to paradise, you deserve accommodations that allow you to enjoy yourself. We make sure that happens. A clean, comfortable, air conditioned condo in an ideal location will give you that "right at home" feeling and serve as your base while you enjoy all the attractions on the big island of Hawaii. Kahaluu beach (snorkel beach) one of the top two snorkeling sites on the big island is less than a mile away. Directly across the street is "Magic Sands" beach, also known as White Sands Beach. About 100 yards to the north is Pahoehoe Beach with picnic tables, BBQ's and benches. About 100 yards south is La'Aloa beach. The Kona Trolley stops across the street at Magic Sands if traveling south, and about 50 ft north of the condo complex if traveling north. The trolley is a nice way to get to town or Keahou shopping center if you choose not to drive.

The master bedroom has a comfortable king bed, with private walk in master bath. The guest bedroom has 2 twin beds that can be combined for a king bed if desired. The second bath has a tub/shower combination. The unit has a washer and dryer inside the condo. The kitchen is fully equipped with range, oven, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, and all the small appliances you could need. Most appliances are less than a year old. The dining area seats 6 people comfortably. The living room is spacious, and nicely furnished.

We supply beach chairs, cooler, plastic ware for pool or picnic use, beach towels, beach umbrella, and more. Free WiFi is included and phone with free calling throughout the islands, the US mainland, and Canada. Free, assigned covered parking.

We enjoyed our time at the condo.Could have been a little cleaner, several lights were out in the unit and the AC did not keep the unit very cool.It’s a nice unit and would stay again.Recommendations if you’re flying out late at night I would recommend booking another day as the checkout time is 10:30

5-star stay at this perfect location for our beach loving family. Fully stocked unit, beautiful setting, easy parking, nice pool/grounds, clean common grill area and across from a great local beach. I did report a moldy washing machine and musty bath towels, but I did not request they be cleaned during my stay so I hope that was addressed so they deserve the full 5 stars! Everything else was great! We will definitely stay here again and will remember to bring my pickle ball set! Mahalo for a wonderful stay in a beautiful place. Local food truck at the beach was a great bonus.

We stayed for 4 nights and just loved every minute of it. Place was well stocked with all the beach fun to enjoy. Location to beaches were super close. The Magic Beach is best for sunsets and if you want bigger waves. We felt safe on the property. Had 1 small issue and alert the owner who responded instantly ready to fix the problem. We are definitely wanting to come back to the big island and stay at this great location again. Thank you for making the best memories in the comfortof a home away from home! Already miss eating on the patio and looking at the ocean.

We had an amazing stay at this condo! It truly had everything we could have possibly needed. The condo was exceptionally clean, spacious, and had plenty of room to spread out.The ocean view was absolutely breathtaking, and being just steps from the beach was so convenient. We loved being able to swim whenever we wanted and end each day watching the most beautiful sunsets.We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay and would absolutely book this condo again. The kitchen was stocked with everything you would need and then some. The view of the ocean was excellent and the walk yo the piblic lifeguard beach was just across the street. The pool was very relaxing. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

We had a great time and it was directly across the street from a beautiful beach and a nice restaurant. I would stay there again. Don’t think I would suggest is if you’re going there bring beach towels there are beach towels that they have are very, very thin.

The location was fantastic. The beach across the street has the most amazing, majestic waves. That means it’s not really swimmable (at least when we were there), but it’s a boogie boarding hot spot and the locals put on quite the impressive show.The house was so well provisioned. It had everything we could have possibly wanted. So grateful to the hosts for all the attention to detail.

The kitchen was sett up great for our needs. Unfortunately we were unable to use the outdoor facilities due to the Kona Low storm during our stay but they did look clean and inviting.

This was a wonderful location! Magic sands beach was closer than I expected, I could see the ocean from the kitchen and we could hear the surf. The condo was comfortable and clean and was well stocked with anything and everything. We would stay here again in a heartbeat and we hope to be back someday!
The morning sun on the balcony was very handy for drying gear like water shoes and swimwear. I appreciated the drying racks!

The unit was fantastic! Very clean and the upgrades and finishes were really nice. Especially the beautiful solid wood doors. This is one of those rare units where you don’t have to worry about coffee filters, salt/pepper, or even soap and shampoo. Very well and thoughtfully stocked. Even a couple of boogie boards and snorkeling sets were available for use. All of that, plus the location and view are great. Highly recommended.
