This property is close to shops, spotless, well stocked, and comfortable. The sunsets from the front of the house were spectacular. There is seating on the back porch and a large grassed backyard. The icing on the cake was a doe and her fawn that made themselves at home in the backyard for a long late afternoon snack and rest.

An amazing place! Great attention to detail. So clean and felt like home. A big plus, the TV was easy to operate. Easy check in. Loved the quiet street. Looking forward to staying again.

This VRBO listing had everything anyone could want beyond the basics: from plenty of towels, to extra soap, to all the kitchen utensils, to a bit of sugar in the cupboard, to a pad of paper (for keeping score during game playing), to throw blankets, to fans, to a laundry drying rack. These extras were in addition to a clean, lovely, inviting space. Communication with the host was easy and quick. We would love to stay there again!

Super cute and comfy! We absolutely loved this place! It was perfect for our needs. Very clean and well maintained. The beds were comfortable. The bathrooms were very clean and there were plenty of towels. I loved the kitchen. The backyard was cute and a nice place to hang out. We had a couple deer come camp out for 2 hours one morning in the backyard. The location was super convenient and close to the historic downtown area. Overall really nice stay. Would stay here again!

A wonderful weekend at a great VRBO. The property was extremely clean and in a quiet neighborhood. Our daughter loved the sleeping loft! Everything was in perfect operational order. A short drive to town or a nice walk. Nate was an excellent host.

We had a wonderful stay at the Bronson home. Everything was as described in the Vrbo listing. Home was exceptionally clean and comfortable, and the neighborhood is quiet. Hosts were very responsive when needed. Location is excellent - with trails and restaurants within walking distance. We will definitely try to book this home again when we next visit Durango.

This was an adorable place to stay. Communication was excellent, and the host even checked in the next day to make sure everything was to our satisfaction. The house was very clean and provided everything we needed. It is in a great location and we would highly recommend it. We definitely would stay here again.
