Good location, Nice layout, excellent place to stay for a short stint in Fort Collins. Enjoyed the area. Parking was a bit tough but better than some of the houses on the street.

The place was beautiful, very clean! Had everything we needed, and was the perfect distance from downtown and lots of great places to see, catch a drink and some great food, which was exactly what we wanted! The hot tub was such a wonderful addition, we will definitely be using this place every time they have availability. It was even right down the street from my absolute favorite coffee shop The Human Bean, which was just the cherry on top of a perfect vacation. Cant recommend this spot enough!

We have stayed in this unit several times. Very comfortable and close by to downtown. The hot tub is so nice. The king size be is wonderfully firm!! The owner is very responsive. We had a bit of a problem with the internet connection during our last stay and it took only a few hours to resolve the issue. We will stay here again if available.

The best space for a weekend escape!

We enjoyed this cozy space so much!! We had everything we needed with the added plus of the roof top hot tub. Easy to find and so close to Old Town in Ft Co. Erik checked in to see how things were for us which we appreciated so much. I highly recommend this wonderful space for your next stay in Ft Co!!
