This house had everything we needed and was the perfect place to stay while moving our daughter to CSU. So close to campus and old town - the location really can’t be beat.
This little house was perfect for our needs. We had a great stay. The house was clean and nicely maintained. The beds were very comfortable so always got a good nights sleep. We were able to walk most places from the great location. We definitely hope to stay there again.
This was the perfect stay for my family while we visited our CSU student this summer. Perfect location, loved the bikes and the bed were very comfy!

This was the perfect place for our little family of 3. The pictures were accurate and the hot tub was an added bonus to have after long days of hiking. The location was a HUGE perk. Very walkable to Old Town, grocery stores and restaurants. Will definitely stay here again when we are in Fort Collins.
We loved the Old Town neighborhood and proximity to everything. The house had what we needed and we especially enjoyed sitting in the enclosed front porch. The backyard had good seating areas and the hot tub was a good addition after a long day exploring.

This home is well appointed and very comfortable. My daughter and I had a wonderful time enjoying the home and the hot tub just on the side of the house. The neighborhood has wonderful atmosphere and it’s extremely close and walkable to old town, just as promised. We hope to do it again sometime soon!
Our family of four came for a short visit to see an old friend in town. We enjoyed fishing on the Pudre, lunch at Avogadro’s, a tour of New Belgium Brewing and dinner in Old Town. A perfect little house with access to everything.
Lots of things to do around town. The house was very well stocked with dishes, pots, pans and utensils. The hot tub was running and hot when we checked in.

The location is wonderful, close to a lot of shops. The one thing I didn’t realized when booking is that the AC are window units only, not central air. Our trip was in the height of summer so we were definitely warm, but other than that, perfect house!
cute place. was disappointed that the back yard was basically a work in progress and the hammock station was unavailable. However, the location was nice. Walking distance to downtown. The neighborhood was quiet.

Thank you for your feedback and for staying with us. We appreciate your understanding and are working to improve the property. We're glad you enjoyed the convenient location and quiet neighborhood.
Excellent location within walking distance of nearly anything you could want. The house is in a nice quiet neighborhood.. comfortable living and dining area and kitchen with most anything you need. The mattresses are very thin and bed frames creak and pop with any little movement. There is no place to unpack a bag in the primary bedroom it is very tight. Front room has a very small dresser that doesn’t open and close easily so it’s essentially for decoration. Bathroom is very small again with little area to unpack. While the outdoor space is nice it is not directly accessible from the house as you must walk out the front door into the front yard across the parking area and then open a side gate to access. The front sun porch was cozy. Overall the stay was ok. With a few improvements to the beds and some creative storage ideas this place could be great.
Two adults, a thirteen year old, and a seventeen year old for 4 nights on Spring Break. Everyone got a bed, we were able to fit in the hot tub together and sharing one bath worked out fine. The night it was hot we used the fan.
We ate our meals out but had a fridge for leftovers and a coffee machine.
The generous front porch with twinkly lights was perfect for game night.
We had one spot for our car and could walk everything we had planned except Horsetooth Res and a day trip to Estes Park.

Came to town to visit family and this was a great place for our family of 4. Only things to mention would be hearing the train in the night/early morning but I understand that’s common in the area. Could benefit from sound machines to drown the noise. Would also have loved light blocking curtains in the front room with the bunk beds. It got bright in there early. There was also some evidence of a dog in the backyard. Having to remind the boys to watch where they step was not something I anticipated needing to consider nor did I want to pick up after someone else’s dog. Overall, a nice place to stay.
The title is really the best I can summarize this property. It is a great little house with everything I wanted. It was perfectly set up with necessary items and those items of comfort that are always annoying to buy when you're on the road (coffee, spices, salt & pepper, olive oil for cooking, make-up wipes, dish soap, laundry soap, plenty of paper towels and toilet paper). It is thoughtfully cared for and maintained. The grill, fire table, and hot tub worked perfectly, and I was happy to find a nice bike to ride in the shed. It was a 12-minute walk to both CSU campus and Old Town. TV, A/C, and heat all worked perfectly and were fully adjustable. One of the smoke detectors started chirping while I was there, and Stacy was immediately responsive and had a guy out to replace the battery right away. Bottom line, we can only hope that all rental properties were managed this well. I felt super comfortable here and hope to return.
