Recently upgraded 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit sleeping 6 with a king-size bed in the master bedroom, two twin beds in the guest bedroom and a sleeper sofa in the living room.
The dining set seats six and the kitchen has a three-stool bar nook. The 'dream' kitchen has been updated with new Granite counter tops and back splash and all new Stainless Steel appliances.

The condo was recently painted with Bright, fun colors; new Sofas, soft furnishings, carpet in the bedrooms, Patio doors, windows and balcony furniture, plus plantation shutters were added to perfectly accent the coastal theme of this lovely condo and provide you with your family friendly, home away from home.

Holiday Surf 508 also features a 51-inch flat screen TV and a DVD/VCR combo in living room, plus Flat screen TVs and DVD players in each of the bedrooms.

Quick Beach Vacation

We decided last minute to take a trip to Florida. The condo was great! The kitchen was well stocked, the beds were comfortable, and the view was beautiful! We had a wonderful time and would definitely stay here again!

Fun time at the beach

Beautiful condo, spacious with gorgeous views. Only fallback having to take own trash out, and needed more smoking areas. I would stay here again.

The staff were very nice and prompt to let us know of the AC issues which they fixed quickly. I might book a room not as close to the pool next time being it was very loud a majority of the day and I would prefer to enjoy the deck and the sounds of the ocean. Overall a nice family friendly place to stay that feels safe.

Great customer service. It would feel cleaner if there wasn't carpet. Also, some coffee and creamer, salt and pepper would have been super convenient. Otherwise, everything was great.

It's so great being close to everything yet tucked away off the main drive. The beachfront area is just perfect, and the chairs and umbrella company were super helpful and accommodating. The entryway made us feel really safe, and parking was a breeze. The condo had all the kitchen essentials we needed, and it was clean and inviting. The only thing was, the beds weren’t the most comfortable—especially the main bed, which was pretty firm! The shower was clean, and the rooms were nice. The balcony was a highlight, with a lovely table and chairs to enjoy the stunning gulf views. We’d definitely stay at Holiday Surf & Racquet again, but we might choose a different condo next time because of the beds.

The picture is deceiving as the furniture is dirty and need to be replaced along with the rug under the table. The furniture in the guest room(dresser and nights stands)need to be replaced. Also I would suggest making sure the property/rental is cleaned well before guest arrive. We found hairs in what was suppose to be clean towels?

The condo had clear and specific instructions about how to work the TV in the living room, but step # 1 was to use the Samsung remote. Though there were FIVE remotes in the living room, none of them were Samsung brand and though we tried to troubleshoot, we never could get the TV in the living room to work. Also, it would be nice if there were a washer/dryer in the unit. Also, the dish towels displayed on the kitchen counter were wet and smelled of mildew.

I am so grateful that they were able to put us in a comparable unit, that more than likely, was even better than what we booked!! We will be back to Holiday Surf on our next trip to Destin!! Great accommodations, great location, great staff!! Thank you!!

Great Getaway!

Although the property was a little farther from food and entertainment then we thought, being right on the beach made up for that :) We had no issues to Uber where we wanted to go in the evening and Target was a close walk if/when we needed. The condo itself was great. Plenty of room, clean and worked great for our group of 6. We would defiantly stay again!

The thermostat in our unit was very outdated to where you couldn't tell what temp it was in the room or what it was set to. Also not having a ceiling fan in the room was a negative. However the most negative thing was not having a washer/dryer in the room, and then having to PAY to wash/dry our laundry on top of that. I feel like the rooms could use some updating in general. Staff was very friendly and accommodating, location was great, outdoor areas were great.

It is a nice looking unit that is reasonably updated. Really like the two recliners that look out on the ocean. The outdoor furniture is top notch. This probably sounds picky, but we would really like to have the freezer fixed since you have to defrost it every three days...which is an annoying problem when you stay 1-2 months. We reported this to management last year but nothing was done. We reported it again this year. Otherwise it is a great unit and we really like the setting and the facility.
