Starter Pack: We provide our guests with a starter amenity pack of Gilchrist & Soames hand and body soaps, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, toilet paper, trash can liners, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher pods, dish sponges, coffee packs, and laundry detergent pods. Once the initial amenities are depleted, guests are responsible for supplying their own amenities.

Cancellation Policy: 100% refund when bookings are cancelled 60 days (or more) before the start of the stay. Bookings canceled between 59 and 30 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% refund. For your protection, we encourage you to procure Traveler’s Insurance. Guests are required to electronically sign the rental agreement within TWO days of booking; otherwise, the reservation is subject to cancellation.

Loved our stay!

We really enjoyed this beautiful condo and the views that came along with it. The private beach area was also really nice! We had some very minor issues with cleanliness but I would still come back again for vacation.

Beautiful condo on the East Pass. We enjoyed the view.We were given the wrong front door code. The master bath shower drain stopped up, maintainece had to be called. Leak from a sprinkler head in master bath. No facial tissue provided, not enough toilet paper, only two dishwasher pods given.

Great Vacation Stay for the family

This a great week of vacation for our family of 4. It was so nice to have the beautiful view. Destin has so many places to dine in but sometime it was nice to be able to use the full kitchen and eat in the condo. We would stay here again!

Loved this condo, so close to the Thursday night, stocked kitchen, great beach view and access. Home is beautifully decorated. Loved the stocked kitchen with a few extras in the spice cabinet. Would definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay.

We loved the property!! The beach was not good but there were better beaches close by. The condo was very well decorated and clean. They did have some roaches but you’ll have that staying close to the water. The unobstructed view at sunset is awesome!!! I would definitely stay there again.

We hope you come back again and again! As for the FL state bird (the roach), yes, they do come inside once in a while. We spray for them annually and also between regularly scheduled sprays to keep them out. However they still get in from time to time to escape the heat and rain. We hope that didn't take too much away from your trip, and know that it is a rare occurrence as we spray often!
