The modern fitted kitchen has recently been updated and includes a gas oven and hob, dishwasher, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, fridge/freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer. The attractive lounge area offers comfortable seating, a 50" Smart TV and Sky box with Sky Sports, whilst the conservatory enjoys wonderful views over the bay. The spacious dining area features new French doors opening directly onto the beautiful split-level decking, seamlessly connecting indoor and outdoor living and creating the perfect space for al fresco dining or simply soaking up the coastal scenery. A shower room completes the ground floor accommodation.Upstairs you will find the spacious master bedroom with king size bed, dressing area and newly fitted ensuite shower room, a second king size bedroom, two twin bedrooms and the family bathroom with bath and shower over. Head east to discover Black Rock beach, around a 10–15 minute walk away, or venture west towards Looe town where you can enjoy the large sandy beach, working harbour, cafés, restaurants, shops and pubs.
