The nearest tube is only 3 minutes walk away, and it connects you to the Atocha Train Station and to the Express Auto-bus Airport line, via L1. You couldn’t be better located!

My 2 bedroom apartment is spacious and relaxing, the ideal place to come back to after a day of exploring or working - Madrid style! With central heating, beautiful wood flooring and essential amenities such as an iron, an Italian coffee maker and a microwave, the apartment has everything you need for a comfortable and convenient trip to bustling Madrid!

The living area is light and airy with a modern design, discrete finishing touches and a great and calm atmosphere. There is a large sofa and a flat screen TV for you to catch up with your favourite movies and series. Wood flooring, large windows and stylish decoration create a perfect atmosphere. You will love spending time here.

Next to the living room you will find a pleasant space to work. There is plenty of room for more than one person to use if necessary. It can also be enabled as a dining room

The fully-equipped kitchen is perfect for your stay in Madrid. The space is huge and extremely comfortable. All modern appliances are provided including oven, kettle, coffee maker, microwave, huge fridge, all of them for your entire use, among others.
The design is stylish and modern yet completely comfortable.

There is a small dining table so you will be able to have a nice breakfast while planning your day in Madrid. Make sure you try cooking the typical paella, with seafood and lots of condiments - Spanish style!

In the master bedroom, get a wonderful night’s rest on the outstanding Queen size bed, fitted with fresh luxury linens, a comfortable mattress and pillows. Plenty of natural light and a lovely decoration will make you feel at home. There is big wardrobe for your entire use.

Large windows are not restricted to the second room - let in plenty of natural light in the bedroom while lined curtains let you indulge in a lie-in in the mornings. You can put together the two beds and get an extremely comfortable King bed. There is also plenty of storage space, so you won’t have to live out of your suitcase; get unpacking and start feeling at home right away. This room has a second TV so relax watching a movie while you rest on the comfortable beds.

There are full length mirrors in both bedrooms.

Freshen up in the modern and stylish en-suite bathroom - enjoy a soak in the large tub and wake up in the mornings with the fantastic rain shower.

A second bathroom also fitted for your personal comfort. White fluffy towels and shampoo are provided!

My property will be professionally cleaned before your stay.

You will have access to the whole property. It is paramount that we are respectful towards our neighbours.

Late checkin has an additional cost. 10 € between 20:00-23:00 and 30 € between 23:00-9.00. The rest of the time is free.

You will be required to present your IDs at the moment of your checkin. It is required by law. Hope this is not an inconvenience.
