Cozy apartment, new and furnished with modern furniture, in a quiet street, behind the Plaza Mayor and just around the corner from Puerta del Sol and Plaza Santa Ana. Living room with air conditioning and 42 "HD TV, 2 bedrooms, one with AC and private bathroom with shower, second bathroom with shower in the hallway, new fully equipped kitchen with washing machine. This apartment is non-smoking and includes WiFi.

Great location in Puerta del Sol but we did not get the house number in advance so it waa difficult

Good location Decent property but 2nd floor walkup shoukd have been disclosed We needed more direct advance information but all in all a very good stay

Nice property

Stay met expectations, the apartment was clean and spacious. There was shower gel/shampoo provided and some staples (coffee!!) We're in the kitchen. Acoustics are a challenge as we can easily hear the neighbors. Close to everything, including the Prado.

Great Madrid location, but a few challenges

We had a nice two days in Madrid during our two week vacation in Portugal and Spain. Here are the pros and cons of this property. If we visit Madrid again, I would select a different property. PROS: Centrally located to the major sites in the heart of Madrid. Spacious for an inner city apartment in an historic building. Inside apartment was was clean and well equipped and included extras like coffee/tea, soaps, paper, spices/oil. CONS: Poor check-in communication. WiFi did not work for us. Bath towels did not smell or feel fresh. No daylight made its way through the windows. Nighttime neighbor noise through thin walls in the 2nd bedroom. Security in the building seemed lacking due to very old doors/locks that were not always closed by neighbors.

We had a very good time in Madrid, partially due to this apartment. It had everything we needed and the location was perfect.

Este apartamento está en buena ubicación, a escasas dos cuadras de La Plaza Mayor Pero el apartamento en si está un poco descuida, la limpieza no era la adecuada, sobre todo en los baños La cafetera estaba rota Uno de los cuartos no tiene aire acondicionado

We love Madrid!

This is a very nice 2 bedroom, 2 bath apartment very close to Plaza Mayor and Sol, one of our very favorite areas of Madrid. The apartment was clean and well-equipped - even has a washing machine. We found Kristian to be attentive to our messages. It was so nice to be able to spend time in a favorite city after more than 1 year of COVID!
