Everything was as listed and probably better. Kevin was very helpful and on hand if any issues were to arise. The apartment was spacious and well equipped and the balcony was larger than most on the complex. I would happily return and recommend others to stay there

A fantastic apartment Massive living area and balcony Everything you would need inside Pool was lovely and the pool bar and snack bar was excellent Location was perfect just round the corner and onto the sea front our a 1 min walk to the golden mile. Supermarket right next door. Can't fault anything

Spacious, clean and well equipped apartment. Appearance is modern looking. Really close and convenient to the beach, shops, bars and restaurants. Especially celebrating St Patrick’s Day Excellent communication with the owner who was very accommodating. Would definitely look to return in the near future.

We had a great stay here in Playa de las Américas. The location was perfect — just a short walk to plenty of restaurants, bars, shops, and both of the nearby ocean beaches. It made getting around incredibly easy and gave us tons of options for food and fun.The place itself fit the four of us comfortably, giving us a solid home base after long days outside. We didn’t end up using the pool since there was an extra charge for chairs and cushions, but the beaches were so close and so beautiful that we spent our time there instead.The only challenge was parking — it could be tough to find a spot, especially during busy times — but once we were settled, everything we needed was within walking distance.Overall, it was a convenient, comfortable stay in a lively area, and it worked perfectly for our trip.

Short break away

We had a very relaxing good time the apartment was well equipped with everything you need plenty of storage very spacious, very clean and in a good location. Well equipped supermarket next door plenty of bars and restaurants around near to beaches too. Pool area very clean can get a little busy and sun beds have to be paid for €3.50 per day will definitely be booking to stay again.

Relaxing Break

Lovely apartment in a great location. Balcony is fabulous and has the sun the majority of the day. Apartment is very spacious and has everything you need for your stay. a nice little find for a relaxing break.
