Beautiful Villa with Ocean & Mountain views 3 Beds 2 Bath High Speed WiFi

This very special spacious villa with mountain & sea views in the very pretty village of Chayofa.
The villa is set amongst lush palm trees and boasts a very tranquil setting in a quiet residential village in the south of the Tenerife.

It has been said that Chayofa is one of the nicest places to stay on the island here in the south and, we feel that you will not be disappointed.

The airport Reina Sofa is just a 15 minute drive from the villa.

The villa has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. All rooms have been recently modernised as has the rest of the villa.

There are bedside drawers, bedside lamps & fitted wardrobes.

Has a walk in shower, wash hand basin, toilet & bidet.

All linen & towels are provided. A Hairdryer is also provided.

The utility room has a washing machine, a freezer & plenty of space to store your empty suit cases.

The living area comprises of an open plan kitchen, lounge & dining area.

The kitchen comes fully equipped with all the appliances you need including a dish-washer, electric oven, gas hob ,microwave, large fridge, kettle, toaster, coffee maker etc.

The dining room seats up to six guests, there is also a children's high chair.
Both dining & lounge areas lead out onto the lovely well kept garden with Ocean & Mountain views.
The garden has a beautiful gazebo where you may enjoy Al Fresco dining.

In the garden we have a spa jacuzzi, the latest in design, with massage jets, for you to relax in by day & by night looking up at the bright sky filled stars!

There is also an outside Garden Shower for you to freshen up.
Beach towels are provided.

There are sun loungers for all of our guests & parasols should you require shade There is also a shaded seating area on the veranda.

The Villa comes with Free High Speed Fibre Optic Wi-fi, a television which Includes English, European & Children's Channels.

In the village of Chayofa you will find a mini supermarket which has freshly baked bread daily & all the other little necessities you may need.

A five minute walk from the villa you will find a few quaint restaurant's one of which is La Tasca. This restaurant is typical Canarian Cuisine and Tapas with a lovely Ambience for inside & outside dining along with soft music & lights.

Also in the village is the bar The Tree House. This also offers a full menu along with inside & outside dining.

Just a five minute walk from the villa is The Country Club. On the country club grounds there is a gymnasium & also a tennis club for anyone wishing to play Paddel or tennis & it host a bar for light refreshments.

Further up from Chayofa is a five minute car journey to The Jungle Park. Here you will find some of the islands exotic animals & spectacular shows of birds of prey.


A short ten minute journey is the famous water named Siam Park, said to be the best in Europe.

The area around Chayofa is great for people who love to Hike or Walk as we have some wonderful Terrains to climb or you may like to take a gentle stroll through the pretty village of Chayofa.

Not far from from the villa are riding stables for those of you who are Equestrian minded.

There are fabulous boat trips to see the Pilot Whales & Dolphins & this really does come highly recommended.

For those of you that enjoy shopping, Siam Mall is just a short journey away. Here you will find the likes of Zara, Mango, H&M, Guess, Pull & Bear, Pandora & many other Spanish Clothing outlets.
There are also eateries in the shopping Mall for your refreshments.

The Old Town of Los Cristianos is a five minute drive away, there you will find its wonderful beaches. There are plenty of restaurants & bars should require more lively entertainment.
Playa De Las Americas is just next door to Los Cristianos where you will find the Safari Centre (Golden Mile) popular for its Nuevo Cuisine & Spectacular Water Fountains Lit Up at night.

There is something for everyone to enjoy here in Tenerife.

A Lovely Get Away

We had a fun, sunny, warm get away from UK winter staying at Ria and Roger's villa. The place itself is clean and well maintained with everything we needed. There's a lovely yard where we spend time relaxing. The pictures show the place well. It's located up on the hill above Los Cristianos so it's quite but a 10 minute or so drive down to lots of restaurants and the beach. Having a car was very useful both to get up to the villa and to explore the island and we also had a pleasant walk down the hill to the market and a restaurant in the small village of Chayofa nearby. Ria and Roger were very friendly and helpful. All in all it was a lovely get away.

Great location

The villa is in a great location away from the crowds but close enough to everything you might want. The outside space is lovely and the hot tub is an added bonus. Ria and Roger live above the property so they are on hand if you need anything.

Lovely place to stay

The villa was really nice and Ria was a great host. It you want to wind down this is the place to go, located in a quiet village with great privacy! Only 10 minutes drive from the playa de las americas. I would advise hiring a car to getting around! Would come here again! The Patel Family

Me my partner and the 3 young children were made to feel welcome as soon as we arrived ria and Roy who own the villa are very lovely kind and caring people and were amazing with the children also highly recommend staying in this villa its very homely and all appliances are great for use 👍 the children had a paddling pool to play in and plenty of toys also which was supplied and the hot top is a defo plus when it came to relaxing in the evening and even haveing the children in for a little while which they loved me and my family are already planning our next visit and can not wait to visit again and will be staying in this villa 😀

Perfect in every way

We are just back from a wonderful stay in this gorgeous Villa . We are a family of 2 adults and 3 teenagers and all 5 of us gave it 5 stars ! The adults loved the lovely warm and helpful reception from the hosts Ria and Roger, the luxury , comfort and space of the Villa , the quiet location with wonderful views and the lovely authentic local restaurants /bars called la Finca and Tosca . The kids loved the good WiFi , the hot tub ( want to get one now ! ) , the nearby swimming pool and tennis club and the fact that it is easy to get to the lively resorts and Siam Park water park . It was a real find and we will definitely be back . Thank you Ria and Roger .

Chayofa August 2019

Can I just say what a wonderful relaxed holiday we had at this Villa. Arrived quite late around 11pm but was greeted warmly by Ria and shown around the accommodation and grounds which were both immaculate. No expense has been spared on the renovations here, the place is fantastic. Next day Roger took us into the next town along Camella to stock up at the supermarket which is cheaper and much larger than the small one down the hill which was a nice touch. The village itself is only small but has some decent Restaurants and is perfect for a quiet getaway away from the main resorts (Which are only a 10 minute taxi ride away) You can use the swimming pool at the country club which is a 3 minute walk away and we used it most days with the kids and they also do very reasonably priced food and drink during the day, and it also has a restaurant downstairs which opens in the evenings and is also very reasonable. They also have entertainment on certain evenings as do the other pub/restaurants in the area. They also show the footy! Further afield you can do as much or as little as you like, Los Cristianos, Las Americas, Adeje , Fanabe etc are all close by, as are the water parks, shopping centres and animal parks etc. We had an amazing time here and can't recommend it highly enough for a peaceful family holiday which is close to everything. Roger and Ria are very welcoming and informative but are not intrusive at all and were there if you needed them for anything and are very chatty and pleasant. If you are thinking about booking this place don't hesitate, you won't regret it! Thanks Ria and Roger for making it so special.

Wonderful Stay

Do not hesitate to book this lovely Villa. Beautifully presented and in a location that gives wonderful views. There is plenty of parking in the area if you have a hire car. We could not fault it. Roger and Ria are there if you need them but not intrusive. The accommodation was exceptionally clean, well thought out and contained everything we needed. The décor was beautifully colour coordinated. We particularly liked the quietness of where the Villa was situated, it was so relaxing and peaceful but an easy walk down the hill into the village centre where there was a choice of places to eat and drink.

I have never been treated like that

I strongly advice to stay away from this property and lady owner. Description of the place: Attractive 3 bedroom villa. Well... Its not villa. You are getting basement with the owners living above. They will keep eye on you at all time. At 7 in the morning she was walking in the garden. Going inside the house during our absence. To check. We arrived in late evening. We asked her if ond oir last day we can check out an hour later and that we can pay extra for that. Just our flight is bit later. She said that is not a problem and we can check out later. Check out day... She came in before 11. I was out with my husband shopping. In the "house" were my parents with our kids. She said : "Get out now". She started to throw all our staff outside including food and drinks from the fridge (I have pictures to confirm that and I can email them if someone wants). My kids were in their pyjamas. The all been eating breakfast. We came back shortly after my father called me. My husband was picking up our belogings which were everywhere in the garden. And I asked for our deposit back. She said that we can forget about it and we will have nothing back. When I asked her for the reason she replied because... We are Polish and Polish people steals so we defenitely stole something😲 I could not belived what she said. Then she said that house is filthy. My parents cleaned the house everyday. I have pictures to confirm that as well with dates on them when they been taken. I suffer with psoriasis. She pointed my legs and she said "blah" you are disgusting. She also said that Im stupid if I think that I will get something back. Jacuzzi which was included has water taking out two days before our departure. I feel humiliated. We stayed with homeaway few times already. Never had any issues. Nice hosts and pleasant locations. This one is the worst nightmares. We loved staying here the villa was beautiful, clean , spacious had everything you could possibly want and need Inc Wifi though out the area which kept our 2 teenagers happy. There was even a Christmas tree waiting for us so it made our Christmas and New year stay even more special ( it's the little touches ) Ria and Rodger were the perfect hosts and were back now looking for when we are going back to visit I'd recommend this villa 100% we won't stay anywhere else now it's our new holiday home 😍 to visit

Exceptional Villa in a Fantastic Location

We spent a wonderful week in this exceptional villa in a very peaceful location with beautiful sea and mountain views within the village of Chayofa which contains a small supermarket, adequate for self-catering plus 3 nice local restaurant/bars and a country club which a pool for public use. The owners Ria and Roger provide absolutely everything for a truly enjoyable holiday including wonderful comfortable furnishings, an outstanding kitchen and lovely bedrooms and bathrooms. The outside space includes smart comfortable living and dining facilities, pretty garden areas and a large hot-tub which was the highlight of the holiday. If possible we would give this more than five stars. Thank you Ria and Roger from the Alden family.

A real home from home feel in the sun ☀️

We (party of 3) had a wonderful relaxing week at this fantastic villa from 14th August 2018 and all I can say it the villa offers a real home from home feeling. It is extremely well furnished and spacious and had a very smart, relaxed feel. The bedrooms have loads of storage for clothes, cases etc... and there is a separate utility room with washing machine and dryer. One point to mention is that the WiFi is excellent and covers every inch of the internal and external space, which kept my daughter happy for the duration of our stay, whether it was streaming music, watching Netflix or browsing social media. The villa is approximately a 10 minute bus ride away (€1.40) or a short taxi ride (€8.00) from the hustle and bustle of Los Cristianos and Las Americas. This gave us just what we wanted, allowing us to step back and relax in the peaceful surroundings of Chayofa. There is a hot tub at the end of the garden which is a great way to relax with a glass of wine after a busy day exploring the island. Yes, you can get WiFi in here too :-) Chayofa is a quiet residential area, but there are 3 restaurants to eat and drink if you want to stay local. We tried all 3 during our stay and all were competitively priced and the food was very good in all of them. Both Ria and Roger are very friendly and helpful with regard to advising what the island has to offer and they also provided an excellent welcome on our arrival. The homely feel of the villa and peaceful surroundings helped us get into the holiday mode as soon as we unpacked and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again the next time we visit South Tenerife Thanks again for your fantastic hospitality and making our stay extremely enjoyable.
