Off the kitchen, you will find the spacious living room which includes a gas fireplace, perfect for unwinding after a day at the beach, as well as access to the lower screened-in porch. The first floor also includes a powder room and a convenient laundry closet. Past the porch, you will be delighted to find a gas grill and fire pit, perfect for making dinner and dessert. The second-floor houses two bedrooms and two full baths, each styled in keeping with this modern-shabby chic cottage. BEACH ACCESS AT THE COTTAGES
Overview: The Cottages beach is about 2,000 feet long, featuring a beach deck, dune area and seawall.

Access Points: There are three beach access points with the main access located near the pool and clubhouse, one access point in the mid-north area and another at the south end of the Cottages.

Tide Information: At high tide, water reaches the seawall, changing every six hours. Check a tide chart to plan your beach time. The sand area landside of the seawall is accessible at all times for recreaation.

Nearby Facilities: Oceanview Beach Park, about 2 miles south past the Holiday Inn, offers all-day ocean access. Explore all Jekyll Island beaches on their website.

Important Note: Storms may affect beach crossover access, therefore we cannot guarantee beach access at all times.
