You enter this home through the kitchen, fully equipped with stainless steel Whirlpool appliances and everything you need to feel right at home. A spacious bar top with seating for four, and a dining table with seating for four flows into the living room. The first floor includes a gas fireplace, furniture perfect for entertaining, a half bath, and a large screened-in porch. The first-floor porch allows access to a large patio equipped with a gas grill, gas fire pit, and outdoor seating. Finishing off the first floor is the master bedroom (KING) with an ensuite bath. The second floor is home to two guest bedrooms, each with a queen size bed and private bath. Both guest rooms have access to the shared balcony with a comfy bed swing, perfect for an afternoon nap and enjoying the fresh air. BEACH ACCESS AT THE COTTAGES
Overview: The Cottages beach is about 2,000 feet long, featuring a dune area and seawall.
Access Points: There are three dune crossovers to the sandy area, always accessible for recreation. Main access is near the pool and clubhouse.
Tide Information: At high tide, water reaches the seawall, changing every six hours. Check a tide chart to plan your beach time.
Nearby Facilities: Oceanview Beach Park, about 2 miles south past the Holiday Inn, offers all-day ocean access. Explore all Jekyll Island beaches on their website.
Important Note: Storms may affect beach crossover access, and we cannot guarantee beach access at all times.
