The location of this unit is excellent. Nice, calm, quiet and comfortable close to Monoprix, the #8, 6, & 10 metro. From which you can get anywhere in town. The plastic kitchen chairs seemed fragile for anyone over 200 pounds. The terrace was awesome, we ate there many times. The building concierge was just like every other we’ve encountered; impolite, pushy, quick to jump to conclusions, and totally arrogant. Best to avoid. We are very likely to to and rent this place for our next visit.
