Mid-Island Cool & Cozy Condo with "Keyless" Entry & Free WiFi

This property is registered with the City of South Padre Island Permit No. 2016-897802. The responsible adult renting and staying at the condo must be at least 25 years old. This is a Non-Smoking Condo. Smoking outside only.

Our condo offers a clean home-like environment that is cool & comfortable. With a complete kitchen and comfortable beds that accommodate four adults or a small family, it's easy to make yourself right at home as you set the condo’s temperature as preferred. Whether you want it light and breezy, or cave-like and cozy, you raise or lower the outside shutters from within. With the ease of a keyless entry using your own personalized digital code, you have no worries losing keys while out and about enjoying the many local activities. Condo is on the 2nd floor. There is no elevator. Centrally located on the Island, you can walk, drive or take the free shuttles around the Island or Port Isabel.

The unit is equipped with: a complete kitchen if you desire to prepare your favorite meals (grocery shopping is minutes away), dining table that seats 4, comfortable queen sized bed and two bunk beds, a washer/dryer, tub and shower, WiFi, cable TV, and Roku TVs in both the living room and bedroom to stream your favorite entertainment subscriptions like Netflix, HBO, etc. The beach is just a quick five minute walk from the condo to the shoreline. When you return, there's an outdoor shower or hose to rinse off your feet and beach equipment.

As an added treat during the summer beginning Memorial Day weekend through Labor day weekend, you have a front seat view from the balcony to watch Bay Fireworks show every Thursday and Friday nights at 9:15 PM. If you like watching real rockets take off, again, you'll have a safe front seat view as Space-X launch rockets off of Boca Chica Beach beginning in 2018!

Occupancy Limit: Local Fire Safety code allows no more than 6 people can be in the condo at any given time. Additionally, Fire Safety code prohibits use of charcoal barbecue pits on the balcony areas. If smoking outside, please use an ashtray and pick up cigarette butts.
