Seascape Condo 303 South Padre Island, Great Condo, Great Location, Beachside!!

Great spacious 2 Bedroom & 2 Bath condo on the 3rd floor, NO elevator located interior beach-side of island. Seascape is a well maintained, quiet complex, located on E. Polaris. It's walking distance to the post office, movie theater, convenience
store (Stripes), Wanna Wanna Beach Restaurant & Bar (Great place to hang out),
the Beach, & the Bay. The complex does NOT have an elevator.

Master bedroom has a King size bed and guest bedroom has 2 twin beds. A queen size electric inflatable mattress by Beautyrest is provided, as well as a Margarita Machine to make ice cold mouth-watering cocktails and slushies for kids.

Activities/Attractions: South Padre Island is a world renowned fishing destination, either deep sea or bay fishing charters available.
Enjoy some of the best seafood you've ever tasted at the local restaurants.
Other activities include horseback riding, snorkeling tours by Kamotion, surfing, golfing in Laguna Vista, jet skiing, parasailing, dolphin or sunset cruises, or just do nothing & relax (my personal favorite).

The location, atmosphere and apartment exceeded our expectations. Having everything all the way down to a quiet environment especially for the spring break timeframe was wonderful. Great condo close to Wanna Wanna and beach

We've stayed at this condo multiple times and really enjoy it. The furnishing are great. We've seen other units in this complex, and this condo is a step above on furnishing and comfort.

Nicely equipped

This is a great condo for relaxation and access to all of the island. Hosts have it very well set up, super nice furnishings and all the extra little things you might need to make your own food and enjoy your stay. Nice quiet and friendly neighbors staying in adjoining condos and the shared courtyard was very well kept. We enjoyed our stay!!

Wonderful location and extremely clean

Very nice property with everything you need for a great stay. On 3rd floor so you will need to be able to climb stairs. Master bedroom/bath is awesome and separate full bathroom outside of second bedroom is great. Place was immaculate!

We loved the condo , it was perfect for our family of 5!

We stayed for my daughters 18th birthday and graduation celebration, it was perfect for 5 of us n very roomy and the house had everything we needed and has a very beachy feeling, which we all loved , the air conditioning works really good to which is a big plus for me , also when I had any questions the landlord was very fast to respond,we will definitely be staying again !

The condo was nice and clean. Plenty of space for my family. The kitchen had everything we needed. We really enjoyed our stay. We didn't mind the stairs up to the 3rd floor. Close to the beach, just a quick few minute walk.

Fantastic stay!

The property is fantastic. Everything is accurately described and as listed. The pool (with kiddie pool) helped a lot when it was time to bring our little ones off the beach. The property was full of families but still quiet. We'll look to Terry's condo first when its time to come back!

Wonderful experience

We greatly enjoyed our stay! The unit was clean and nicely decorated. It was comfortable with our family of 4 (two little kids). The kids had a great time at the pool and it was a short walk to the beach. Location is great for going out for a drink at the Wanna Wanna beach bar down the street. Owner was responsive and gave good instructions for our stay. We would definitely stay again!
