Private gate from condo to pool deck with built-in BBQ in lush backyard. Easy access ground floor, upgraded, washer and dryer in unit, 2 parking spots. Beach access #3 is 20 seconds away, beach chairs and towels provided. No high rise or elevators - ideal for families or Winter Texans. We have a toddler area with toddler bed, pack ‘n play, and toys. Daddy's is at the end of the street. LongBoard, Gravity Park and Sandcastle Park are a 5 minute walk. Best location, convenience, and most importantly - island vibes!

Great Location

This property is far from new, but it was more than comfortable. The small pool in the backyard provided shelter on the windy days that the beach was not an option. Wish it could have been heated, but I understand all that goes along with that. Walking distance to just about everything you need. Walking to the beach was so very easy. Would rent there again.

We are are a family of 10! Mom, dad, 15 year old boy, 13 year old boy-girl twins. And a dog, 2 rabbits, a bearded dragon, and a tortoise. Don't worry - we're out of state ;) We fell in love with SPI because it is an island, it's the only tropical place in TX, it has water sports, fishing, pristine beaches, a turtle sanctuary, a water park, and tons of restaurants. People are so friendly and laid back, yet the island is super happening. And Starbase and a launch pad to space is nearby. You have to see it for yourself. This is our first VRBO/airbnb.

Why they chose this property

Our condo is steps from the beach and entertainment. It's in the narrow part of the island and you can walk to Gravity Park and Sand Castle Park. Most of the fun stuff is a minute or less than 5 minutes away. Daddy's, LongBoard, Lobo del Mar, golf cart rental, souvenir shops, grocery store. Whether for families or bar hopping, it's the best location for everyone.

Our condo is on the ground floor, has an island vibe, tons of space, quality interior, a pool, and steps to the beach and entertainment. Washer/dryer, beach towels & chairs, etc. Can't beat the location and convenience.
