Long weekend in Waldringfield

Lovely house in a lovely location but we had a few issues. The property details said there was a barbecue which had planned to use. There was no barbecue! Instead we had to use the ovens in the kitchen. Both ovens were very dirty one of them filled the kitchen with acrid smoke as soon as we turned it on . It was such a shame because the standards of cleanliness elsewhere in the property were very high. With a barbecue and a clean oven this would have been a pretty much perfect house.

A spacious property in a lovely location.

Overall interior of the property was in relatively good condition. This was let down by the extremely run down exterior. Gutters and woodwork had hardly any paint left on them. The rest of the exterior was dirty and the garden was untidy. The grass needed cutting. A good property let down by a shabby look.
