The home is a 1120 sq. ft. single-story condo with 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. It was recently completely renovated; with new leather couches, high-end luxury furniture, and exquisite décor.
The living room has a ceiling fan and large high definition flat screen TV with a DVD player unit. All beds are new and incredibly comfortable with a king-size bed in the master bedroom and a king-size bed in the guest room. Sleeps 4 people comfortably. Each of the two bedrooms has a high-definition flat screen TV and ceiling fan. Both bedrooms boast large closets and soft linens. The master bedroom bath has a large soaker tub, perfect for a relaxing soak. The kitchen, complete with raised bar counter, is fully stocked with necessary appliances, utensils, pots and pans, plates, etc. All the comforts of home are here for your enjoyment!
There is an entryway from both the living room and the master bedroom to a large covered patio which gives great, unobstructed views to open desert space and mountains in the distance.
The home includes an excellent washer and dryer for your convenience. There is also an office area with desk. High-speed wireless internet and over 200 cable channels allow for unending entertainment.
Steps outside the home is a reserved covered parking space. An uncovered reserved space is also included, for a total of 2 reserved parking spaces.
The Edge at Grayhawk amenities include; 2 large pools with hot tub, fitness centers, and many outdoor gas grills with eating areas. The extravagant club house offers many activities including a movie theater, video games room with a Wii; x-box 360 and PS3, billiards table, gaming tables, indoor and outdoor fireplaces with seating area, espresso bar, gourmet chef prepared meals, game room, a full time concierge, and complimentary coffee/tea for guests. A beautiful park with foot trails is nearby.
The edge at Grayhawk is only minutes away from many golf courses including the TPC (Home of the Phoenix Open), Grayhawk, North Troon, Eagle Mountain, Boulders and literally dozens of others. Fine dining establishments, amusement attractions, walking/biking trails and shopping (including outlet malls) are also close by.
For those that enjoy the outdoors, there are many great hiking and biking trails very close by.
It is also very close to local events such as the Barrett Jackson classic car show, the Phoenix Open Golf Tournament, the Arabian Horse show, and many other events and attractions.
