Il casale è meraviglioso, immerso nella natura e con un'ottima manutenzione e pulizia, dotato di tutti gli utensili necessari per la cucina e di giochini per bambini e una piscina, mantenuta con grandissima cura. A metà strada fra San Marino, Urbino e Cattolica, si presta a questo tipo di gite. Sarebbe ideale per gruppi di famiglie con bambini, ma purtroppo a causa del numero esorbitante di vespe presenti (in una mattinata ne abbiamo raccolte circa un centinaio annegate in piscina), la piscina non è di fatto fruibile, se non con grandissima ansia e lontano dai bordi, perché INFESTATA dalle vespe. Quando abbiamo fatto presente il problema ci è stato risposto che essendo il casale circondato dalla natura non fosse possibile controllare la presenza delle vespe, il che è vero, ma ci è stato anche detto che non c'erano nidi nel casale. Eppure ogni giorno c'era un gran viavai di vespe fra le tegole del tetto. Un altro grosso problema è stata l'assenza di zanzariere al piano superiore, per cui le notti sono state o estremamente calde con le imposte chiuse, o fresche ma popolate di zanzare, cavallette e millepiedi. Il personale è stato disponibile e pronto a rispondere alle nostre esigenze, anche quando abbiamo avuto bisogno di assistenza si è reso immediatamente disponibile. In sintesi: un bellissimo casale nella natura, ma consideratelo senza la piscina.

Urlaub zum Abschalten

Wir waren mit unseren beiden Töchtern (5 und 8 Jahre) für zwei Wochen in dem sehr schönen Haus. Die ruhige Lage mit dem weitläufigen Grundstück war perfekt für einen tollen Urlaub für uns alle zur Entspannung. Neben dem ausreichend großen Pool boten Klettergerüst, Schaukel und die umgebende Natur unseren Mädels viel Beschäftigung. Im Haus ist alles was man braucht. Alles ist sauber. Fußläufig entfernt (mit grandioser Aussicht!) ist ein Restaurant/Pizzeria, die wir gern besucht haben. Für Einkauf etc. muss man ein paar km fahren, alles ist aber gut erreichbar. Den Strandbesuch haben wir nur selten realisiert, da es uns auf dem Anwesen so gut ging… Wir kommen sicher wieder.

Siamo stati in vacanza per due settimane in 10 persone,casa molto bella grande e super pulita . Attrezzata di tutto nella tranquillità più totale.30/40 minuti dalle coste romagnole e di interesse storico (san Marino san Leo Urbino etc.). Proprietari molto gentili disponibili e soprattutto molto discreti. Piscina esterna molto comoda Insomma tutto perfetto Un grazie ancora ……
