Rustic cottage "Maria Rosaria", 2 storeys, detached, surrounded by trees. 15 km from the centre of Pesaro, outside the resort, 1.5 km from the centre of Ginestreto, in an elevated position on top of a hill, 15 km from the sea, 15 km from the beach, in the countryside. Private: garden 3'800 m2 (fenced) with lawn and trees. Garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: WiFi (extra). Parking at the house on the premises. Supermarket 12 km, restaurant 50 m, bar 1 km, bus stop 100 m, railway station "Pesaro" 15 km, sandy beach "Pesaro" 15 km. Nearby attractions: Gradara 17 km, Fano 20 km, Cattolica 25 km, Urbino 30 km, Misano World Circuit Marco Simoncelli 30 km, San Marino 52 km. Residence with electric gates. A part of the garden is used by the owner as a sunken garden.

Schöne große Unterkunft mit riesigem Garten. Ideal für Familien mit Kindern. Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Mobiliar ist nicht das neueste, aber alles war sauber und funktionstüchtig. Ein paar Fliegengitter könnten erneuert werden, sonst war alles i.O. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

La maison est spacieuse ,grand salon. Elle reste fraîche malgré les temperatures elevees. Le jardin ombragé est très agréable , la cabane perchée offre un lieu de jeu aux enfants . Très bon séjour .

Una bella location, peccato per l'atteggiamento della padrona di casa, invadente e malfidente. Siamo stati accusati dalla stessa di aver portato una persona in più che non c'è stata ovviamente. In più ci ha accusato di aver portato un cane. (Dichiarato all'agenzia come il numero dei componenti) Casa sporca, barbecue inesistente e nessuna spiegazione sulla casa all'arrivo. La padrona di casa entrava ad annaffiare il giardino lasciando la casa senza acqua. Ottimo lavoro dell'agenzia.

Spacious villa with lovely views

Enjoyable stay in this spacious villa with very secluded large garden. Rural setting with good access to the coast and motorway and excellent shopping nearby. Only criticisms were poor hot water, limited towel/linen supply and could do with some more wine glasses. if these were improved, would give five star rating.

Großes Haus mit Italienischem Charme

Großes Haus mit Italienischem Charme. Wir waren mit unserem Hund dort. Es ist einfach perfekt wenn man mit seinem Hund dort ist. Das Grundstück ist eingezäunt und somit hat der Hund totale Bewegungsfreiheit. Das Haus ist sehr groß und perfekt für Gruppen. Die Küche ist sehr toll eingerichtet und sehr typisch für Italien, also perfekt für einen Urlaub dort. Die Dame des Hauses ist sehr freundlich und steht einem immer zur Verfügung. Wir werden gerne wieder kommen. Liebe Grüße aus Innsbruck

Duschen im Haus mangelhaft,Duschkopf im EG total verkalkt,Wasser kalt.Dusche im OG ohne Vorhang in einer Badewanne.Betten und Matratzen unsauber und zusammen gewürfelt,Geschirr in der Küche noch dreckig vom Vormieter ? Viel Unkeziefer im Haus.
