For shared use: large garden 1'300 m2 (not fenced) with lawn. In the house: sauna (extra). Storage room for bicycles, storage room for skis, ski boot dryer. Bread roll service. 6 km long motor access to the grounds (mountain road). In Winter: please take snow chains.
