Just what we needed

We came for a week after Christmas just to relax.

The Four Seasons at Romar is a wonderful place. I would have given a full five star review but there were a few issues. During our stay only one of the elevators worked and on one of the days it was taken out of service. We don't mind the stairs but 7 floors with beach and fishing gear isn't feasible. My wife even had to help a disabled person to their room by carrying up his wheelchair, yes they were also on the seventh floor. Our unit did not have a working dryer which caused us some grief because we didn't pack clothes for each day thinking we were going to be able to do laundry while there. The unit also had only basic kitchen and apartment supplies to work with. We did love the pier and beach.

Please note that the elevators are managed and maintained by the property's Homeowners Association, and as such, Southern Vacation Rentals has no control over their operation or maintenance. We understand how challenging elevator outages can be, especially for guests staying on higher floors. Regarding the dryer, we do show that this issue was reported to our 24/7 Guest Services team, who promptly notified our local Property Manager. We apologize that the malfunction impacted your stay. We are pleased to report that the dryer has since been replaced and compensation was provided for the inconvenience. Thank you for your valuable feedback.
