We enjoyed a beautiful week on pristine Embden Pond. Anne was a wonderful hostess and sent correspondence several times before & during our stay to ensure a wonderful trip. The cottage was very clean & comfortable with all the amenities.
We had a wonderful family getaway. The house was gorgeous, there were lots of things for us to use, and the location was terrific! Anne was very patient with my questions and answered everything, even taking some pictures to help. She went out of her way to make sure our stay was fabulous, and it was. We would go back in a heartbeat!
We had a great stay in this warm, cozy and such pretty house. Loved our tome on the lake.
Everything was clean, accessible, lake is magical, we used canoes, boats, made s’mores. Etc. We will definitely come back. Thank you Anne for making our stay so wonderful.

As advertised!
If you are looking for a quiet lakeside retreat in the foothills of western Maine and don't want to sacrifice comfort, this is the place! A wall of windows facing the lake greets you when you walk in. At night the call of the loons serenades you. This cabin has it all - two paddleboards, three kayaks, a canoe, and a row boat. For rainy days and nights there are tons of board games, books to read and puzzles along with satellite television and DVD player (but why turn it on?). The views are amazing. There's a screened gazebo with comfortable chairs to enjoy bug-free reading or visiting with friends and family. The owner always responds promptly to any questions and has provided many suggestions for nearby places to visit. The pictures on the website look great but they don't do it justice. If you've ever feared that a place may not live up to expectations you need not worry with this rental. Our family loved our time here and will hopefully be back.

We had a fabulous time at camp Daly! The camp was clean and had everything we needed!
Ann was very helpful and responsive and did everything to ensure we had an amazing week! We kayaked, boated, tubed, biked, swam and sat by the camp fire! It was a fun filled week.
