Swimmingpool and tenniscourt were not directly at the house about 300m walking distance but very nice with a marvelous view to the sea and the landscape. Very quite. We had a sunny terasse and a green garden. We enjoyed it a lot. The kitchen seemed newly renovated and perfect.

Enjoyable week in Northern Spain

We enjoyed our week here. The house was fine for 2 adults and 2 teenagers in the sunshine although it might be a bit small if there was as a lot of rain and you needed to be inside - for example only 1 small sofa to sit on and 4 chairs round the table. The swimming pool and padel tennis court were amazing - we loved using them and mostly had them to ourselves all week! The local beaches are beautiful. A kettle would have been a good addition to the kitchen!

El apartamento es muy cómodo y la ubicación estupenda para ir en familia. Sitio tranquilo y la playa más cercana, a 15 minutos andando, ideal para niños pequeños.

15 minutes drive to Santander

Santander and hyper-markets only 15 minutes away, nice local beaches less than 10 minutes drive. Nice apartment, rural location and unfortunately disturbed by animal noises from surrounding areas.

Nous avons été très bien reçu par le propriétaire. La région est magnifique, nous nous sommes régalé. Merci encore pour l'accueil, une étoile en moins à cause des chiens qui aboient beaucoup...🙄 mais la région est tellement belle et dépaysante, que le soir nous rentrions calme detendu et fatigué, donc nous dormions bien. L'appartement est récent très propre et fonctionnel. Habitués de la Catalogne, nous avons été séduits par la Cantabrie !!!😀

Dépaysement total et cadre exceptionnel

Le gîte correspond tout à fait à la description. et est idéalement situé. L'endroit est très calme et reposant. La vue surplombant la piscine est magnifique. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants et aux petits soins pour leurs locataires. La Cantabrie est peu fréquentée par les touristes étrangers.

Apartamento muy bien situado para desplazarse

La descripción el anuncio corresponde con lo que nos encontramos. El apartamento estaba muy limpio y acogedor. Estaba con todo el equipamiento, tal como decia en ele anuncio. Nos recibio el propietario con un servicio personalizado y nos explicó la zona de alrededores y donde poder comer y visitar. Somo del sur de España y nos encantó Cantabria en General. Sobre todo Santander, Santillana del Mar, Comillas, etc. Todo esto estaba muy cerca del apartamento. Muy bien situado en una zona que tienes a mano para poder desplazarte. Cerca del apartamento tiene una excelente carniceria y un gran supermercado. Lo recomiendo y esperamos volver

Vacaciones para repetir en Cantabria

La descripcion del anuncio corresponde perfectamente, incluso diria que se queda corta, ya que las sensaciones que percibes son muuy buenas. El trato de propietario muy correcto y con todo tipo de explicaciones. La limpieza un diez. La verdad es que nos ha sorprendido el nivel de impieza tan alto del apartamento. Hemos disfrutado mucho con la piscina y tambien con la pista de padel. Las vistas son maravillosas, con el contraste del mar y el prado tan verde. El tiempo no ha hecho muy bueno y nos lo hemos pasado muy bien. En general lo recomendaremos a nuestros amigos. Saludos de la familia; Sanchez-Ariño

Limpieza bien. Zona sin ruidos muy tranquilo. Vista buena aunque la piscina no estaba situada en la misma finca. Equipo muy bueno y facilidad de acceso a la autovía buenísimo. Muy bien situado para ver la zona.

"Logement neuf, impeccable, propre. Linge parfait. Situation très agréable. deux remarques: 1.les aboiements de plusiers chiens des environs pendant des heures la nuit. Le sans-gêne du résident d'à côté sur le même pallier qui sort ses poubelles à 23h30. 2. l'inconfort du divan lit, dur, bas étroit. Où pourraient s'assoeoir deux autres personnes supplémentaires? "
